The visual format makes the metrics easy to understand at a single glance

You don't need to employ SQL to use the platform and you can scale up with no pre-computation

Personalized notifications and campaigns that the user performing specific events can trigger.

What do you like best about the product?
We create targeted campaigns for specific segments, analyze campaign performance and take marketing decisions based on the engagement data.

Best features include:
Multi-platform engagement
Funnel Data
Marketing automation options
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such. It is an amazing business tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use CleverTap to test analytic events and push notifications for our business platforms. We can easily replicate the notifications and events in the Test environment and the prod links. It is a great tool for our business team as they can set multiple notification campaigns for their preferred target audience. They even use it to analyze the trends amongst the users and taking informed decisions based on the data available. A great tool to have in your kitty as a software engineer, very easy to use and learn.

CleverTap interface processes complex queries and provides us with real-time data for analysis.

CleverTap automatically creates user-profiles and lets us dive deep into their properties

CleverTap has a few things that will help you optimize retention and rate and decimate customer churn rates

What do you like best about the product?
It has helped us with targeting segments based on user segments for campaigns thus helping us with better conversions.
Also its a nice paltform since we run payment reminder campaigns for our clients via it.
It has also helped In driving user's engagement and user's retention on our self care app.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has helped me engage with customers more and has helped me to increase conversion so I have no dislike towards it.

It has enabled me to create focused segments on various parameters and run better campaigns.

The journeys we have created are either based on past in-app behavior or based on real-time actions performed by users

CleverTap is compatible with multiple languages and our app is also available in multiple languages

If a user doesn't open an email, we use CleverTap to send a push notification.

What do you like best about the product?
It's pretty easy to use platform and user engagement platform.
I also like it's ability to customize solutions for their client's needs.
Also with it you can easily schedule and run campaigns.
It's pricing is very reasonable.
It's customer support is fantastic.
Also it's very easy to integrate SDK with mobile application.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still facing good things with this amazing platform,so I have no dislike towards it.

CleverTap offers an extensive range of marketing tools in one place from product experiences, segmentation, individualization to messaging channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
This ain't vendor flaw, but CleverTap has a wide range of tools to an extent that I have never finished to customize all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CleverTap gives me the ability to retain cuatomers by engaging with them via messaging channels such as SMS and emails.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use software which helps to schedule and run campaigns.
With it you can easily tell which ads are bringing conversions with the attribution dashboard.
It's customer support is fantastic.
Also I like how it allows one to engage in cohort analysis and segment user's by their activities in the most seamless way possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike, Since it's a very valuable and effective platform for customized user engagement.
