Most amazing tool for making clients busy and engaged everytime

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful and valuable feature of the clever tap is that it creates an excellent analytical report showing the use of the software by the user. Making and targeting our clients with the most proper campaigning techniques. All the campaigns done with this software are also being managed under this platform only, no other third-party application needs to be installed for the same.
What do you dislike about the product?
When new data or information is uploaded under this platform, it takes a little time while refresh the data and the dashboard page. So basically platform does not support larder files, or does not work properly with larger-sized files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is a feature available in this platform called automation marketing which enables us to set and automatically do campaigns about our company, which has resulted positively. Under this software, all our marketing team members are creating outstanding campaigns engaging more clients and customers towards our services.

Best platform for tracking customers data

What do you like best about the product?
A perfect and handy platform for notifying and sending notifications to your customers, clients, vendors, and team members. There is also a feature for scheduling the sending of information. This is very useful in generating graphical reports for better customer understanding. Texting your client is one of the fantastic features of this platform. Several marketing and advertising tools are available for small or medium-sized businesses. Integrating it with other CRM platforms is much easier with this platform as compared to other similar software.
What do you dislike about the product?
This platform does not allow a group of members to work on a single project or segment. When searching for a company or a brand name, this platform does not show the accurate result on time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before this software, we had an issue storing our client's data and sharing it with team members and problem solvers. So this software helped us in doing the work and saved our time data. It has really improved the time we take to communicate and resolve their problems.

What do you like best about the product?
The segmentation, the straightforward UI and the slew of communication channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics still need workings & data representation capabilities are limited. Should add a few more filters in specific segments.

CleverTap is helping us reach out to different sets of users at the right time over their preferred channels.

What do you dislike about the product?
Intent-based goals are yet to be developed the AI is weak.
Business POC and Accounts Manager support is weak; it often takes days to resolve a simple issue or reach them
The platform is rather expensive for a start-up, and every feature costs as an add-on, which one might get as a package on other automation platforms
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me the ability to reach every segment of my target audience with the right kind of messaging separately.

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly UI, high flexibility and endless options for creating business logic and valuable outpust in the form of analytics and campaigns
What do you dislike about the product?
The complexed pricing structure, need to spend a lot of time to understand the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Placement of the campaigns in exact touch points with limited inputs. Analytics output on the app in few clicks

What do you like best about the product?
CleverTap is the good tool for getting the customers journey. We are using this tool for our OTT platform Lionsgate Play and it's giving us the good insights about the customers choice. Hihgly recommend to everyone.Have very good featuresfor understanding we have Analytics and segments.
What do you dislike about the product?
System maintenance issues, sometimes it got stuck in between work. Everyday I got the email regarding the schedule download timing and the features that not available during downtime was the major issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By CleverTap we are tracking our customers on OTT platform, helping our team in terms of analysis. Reseting the passwords, checking payment dates, even customer lifecycle on application across all over the region.

What do you like best about the product?
Dashboard is very easy to use. It a very user-friendly.
Especially with the new dashboard, it's in one place for creating campaigns. No need for page load for the campaign!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any dislikes as such. Happy with whatever CleverTap is providing for us. Especially the support when we are stuck with some issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's majorly solving our user engagement which includes PNs, Email, SMS, AppInbox, InApp Notification etc..
Apart from that - user profile debug & audit, rewards addition to user's profile, nudges etc..

What do you like best about the product?
Clevertap has a really easy interface which helps to create campaigns easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Segmentation at times is a bit difficult in case when the And/Or part comes to play to select a userbase
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation is a perfect thing that Clevertap provides, and through the Journey, there's significantly less manual work that needs to be done once the Journeys are set.

Clevertap is great to send notifications, it has eay interface and decent delivery

The client serving team need to really up their hame. They provide generic responses to the small issues.

Clevertap is great to send notifications but there are better tools out there enabling to send more templates and better client servicing.
