Best platform for customer engagement
What do you like best about the product?
Very quick support, user-friendly, gets correct data. Anand Abhishek is always helpful in whatever issues we get while executing campaigns
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now. Maybe if they could activate their call support as well, it'll be more better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Firstly, it is helping me effectively engage with users by providing personalized, timely, and contextual messaging across multiple channels. It had reduced dependency of any external tool as it provides all info at one place

Great marketing automation tool!
What do you like best about the product?
We have used the journey feature which allows multiple channels and great segmentation extensively for user activations. We have seen really great results from this. The intent-based segmentation also helps us reach out to our dormant users and gives us the ability to set goals for certain timelines and track if we are achieving these goals.
The campaigns have been set up in a very easy format hence very easy to execute them.
I should definitely mention the great support team who has always been helpful in solving our issues and queries in a timely manner. Our customer success manager Mr. Sreeram has always been in touch with us and helped us improve our campaigns, journeys, and overall Clevertap experience to a great extent.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few UI changes that can be worked on, this has already been communicated to the Clevertap team and I have been informed they are working on this. Other than that few glitches sometimes like logging out of the dashboard sometimes I have noticed.
Other than these minor issues, no complaints so far.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using CleverTap for the following -
1. Smooth onboarding flow and control drop-offs - we had noticed a lot of our users drop off during onboarding and there was a drop in new user activations hence we used CleverTap journeys to control these drop-offs and to let users know about our platform via various channels. This helped us to increase new user activations.
2. Dormant users - dormant users we consider users who haven't used our platform for more than a month (last 30 days). We are using CleverTap to nudge users using various channels to bring them back to our platform. This has helped us to increase our MAU very well.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the level of support that the Clevertap team gives to its customers. The team walks with you throughout your Clevertap journey and assists you during the integration & implementation of the tool to your business. Special shoutout to Rakesh!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a lot of integration required, but the Clevertap team walks with you through this journey and ensures that it's done smoothly. Would request the team to provide more time for integration and testing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clevertap is helping us get more user analytics and segmentation and providing a means of communication to our different customer segments. This is valuable to us as we are able to improve our user experience and reduce churn while at it.

What do you like best about the product?
A great platform to understand user behavior and create instant and hyper-personalized communications. Easy to use and good support from the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting logged out on every session. Should have a longer ideal session time.

Engaging users at all stages of the lifecycle like acquisition, drop-offs and retention. Campaigns help us to meet our DAU targets.
Great Solution for user engagement and CLM
What do you like best about the product?
Generally people go after products but with CleverTap you get a Solution.
Good In-App campaigns and adding value to Email marketing with templates and easy to set-up email campaigns. Cherry on top with the Reporting Dashboards.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really! Nothing there to dislike. Their support is always available and are very thorough. If the report is extracted for more than a month of data it takes quite a bit of time which would be helpful if generated faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increase in User retention in the past 6 months. Helped us a lot, knowing what our customers want exactly and what we can do to make their experience better
Amazing One-Stop Solution for Marketing & Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
Firstly, I think it is very intuitive and easy to learn. The analysis I can do is very in depth. Other than that, the support team is very helpful and gives prompt responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are not well thought out when being designed. One small example can be of Dashboards where I can only add a maximum of 20 pins to a board and I can't edit any pin. If I want to change a pin, I have to delete it and re-do the analysis and then pin the analysis to my board. Another thing is that I can't add filters to my dashboards so it gets very tedious as I have to create multiple similar boards with different filters. Other than that, I find it weird that I can't create proper dashboards for the campaigns I run and I have very limited ability to export that data elsewhere in case I need to create dashboards somewhere else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped us automate journeys for different segments such as new users and old churned users. It has also allowed us to set up a push notification and popup schedule which has really helped us automate work for the marketing department.

- The bi-weekly meetings are useful to get everything out of CleverTap that fits within your strategy;
- Swift replies and support by the Customer Success team;

What do you dislike about the product?
- Reporting can be tricky and is not always obivous or clear
- Make sure to be 100% sure of what you want out of CT during the onboarding
- Your email templates are hard to access (only through the creation of a journey or campaign) and the editing of the templates is not easy going. Once you get the hang of it, it's fine, but could definitely be optimised

What do you like best about the product?
Bell Icon & Roadblock are the best features for customer engagement and drive high conversion rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now.Looking forward for more new features.

-Data visibility at user level views can be improved (looking at combination of journeys together to get the big picture)

Super easy to understand.
Documentation is a great resource and if you prefer talking with the customer success team, they are always available.

What do you dislike about the product?
Overall great but would recommend them to improve their inbound conversations section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to convert users who are stuck or probably drop off during their journey. Using clevertap helped me move these users to the final funnel and helped me increased growth week on week by 42%.
