For growth-focused companies, CleverTap is a great choice
What do you like best about the product?
Everything you will need to engage and retain your customers, from data management, analytics, user segmentation, recommendations, personalization, marketing automation channels, and journey builder, is available in one place. No other company has this kind of product breadth. It offers fast onboarding, a fantastic support team, and fast time to value, which is so essential for anyone who is growth-focused.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes per se. I think they could make some improvements to their UI/UX; the admin panel for most enterprise software can feel overwhelming, but the learning curve is not steep.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use CleverTap to run advanced analytics on our user base, create personalized recommendations and journeys, and run automated campaigns to engage and improve customer retention rates.

What do you like best about the product?
All-in-one dashboard to measure the impact of our marketing communication. Easy to navigate and explore insights of different channels and to different audiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some oddities e.g. date filter limits view and needs to constantly be adjusted even though it may have been a relatively recent campaign/journey. CSV segment upload vs Custom List segment was not self-explanatory even after looking at CleverTap documentation. There had to be multiple rounds of clarification via email to understand a simple solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a Real Impact Analytics to do uplift measurement for our marketing communication.

Takes too much time to load. Some funnels are less effective than others

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Clevertap for the past 3 years as our omnichannel communication as well as a data analytics tool. The platform is user-friendly and offers a wide range of features that have helped me better understand and engage with my customers. The real-time analytics and insights provided by CleverTap has helped us make data-driven decisions about how to grow, engage & retain users in our app. The customer support team is also top-notch and always available to answer any questions I have. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with CleverTap and would highly recommend it to others.

There are many areas for improvement and to be added feature that could help us make more user-focused campaigns or journeys in with better personalization features which it lack in some use cases.

CleverTap combines behavioral analytics, messaging channels, campaign and lifecycle optimization tools in one single solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's pricey, but the impact we get is worth the amount we get charged.

CleverTap allows us to better understand users by visualizing their behaviors when they visit our website.
The most resourceful platform for analyzing and managing data
What do you like best about the product?
The software includes several analytical tools for analyzing the documents and the data gathered. You can also generate and even create graphically represented reports using this platform for the data provided by the customers. It can be said that this software is excellent for planning, designing and creating fantastic stuff of templates and campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
If the imported or uploaded data is of larger size, the software gets a little bit slower and sometimes hangs.
Also it has been seen that when generating graphical reports, the output is sometimes inaccurate.

My team is being able to engage our customers more efficiently with the help of sftware. None of our customer is unsatisfied now after we had started using this software in our company communicating and collaboration.
Great platform for CRM communications
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is excellent & easy to understand. You can also learn a lot from CT university courses & you can get certificates.

Sometimes i face the error issue with some random numbers & signs.

Most intuitive and the greatest analytical platform for increasing marketing. There is an feature in this software which helps you to analyse your customers journey and feedback and helps you to create an analytical reports for more clear understanding. this software provides you an ability or rights for managing and collecting data fr other websites and platforms and creating unique advertising content for your business.
What do you dislike about the product?
This platform does not support the excel format documents or files. An third party application is required to upload or export the Excel data, which sometimes makes the software slower and lags the UI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The push notification feature is really helping me and my colleague in our office to get notified everytime about any official payment, campaign, advertisement and event or if there is meeting with our clients. Clever tap has improved our company's UX and increased our business online.
