Fantastic Platform simplifying campaigns

What do you like best about the product?
The scope and range of functionality possible, all presented in a simplified and easy to use interface makes CleverTap a very likeable product to use. Extremely happy with how the documentation simplifies my process of understanding new concepts/use cases possible! The schedule feature is a charm to roll out campaigns beforehand along with buttons on PNs, rendermax for increasing reach for campaigns, live segment creation, segment customization and updation, scheduling automated journeys all in a minimal code framework, make campaigns a bliss for our company. Couple that with prompt service and success teams, you have a killer product in your hands!
What do you dislike about the product?
Scope of improvement with bugs popping up sometimes while logging in or rolling out campaigns
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analytics: Looking at funnel dropoffs, trends, heatmaps, charts to understand user behaviour in a better way

Campaigns: Executing all Ad-hoc and automated campaigns (Push Notifications, Whatsapps, Emails, SMS, banners) for our customers for them to engage with us in the best way possible

Intelligence: Receiving a better understanding on fintech and overall industry landscape, metrics to look out for and possible solutions on how to improve those metrics

What do you like best about the product?
Option to use Funnels and trends also we can create segment/Event on a single website
beast part is calculate the Drop off customer through funnel
What do you dislike about the product?
whenever we have done any kind of changes in existing funnel, we need to bookmark that funnel as new

we can't overwrite that funnel
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i am looking personal module in our App, so we need to find the Drop off customer data, so we are analysing the data through multiple Funnel

What do you like best about the product?
Onboarding - This stage is a critical aspect and we are happy to say that CleverTap has a great process to onboard customers and a team that puts customer’s interests on top. This is especially true of a channel like Email, where correct warm-up can greatly enhance effectiveness. The onboarding team, expertly led by Amber, had a highly proactive approach with useful recommendations and timely interventions around multiple aspects, example - campaign volumes, domain health, etc. Regular meetings and status checks are conducted to ensure there is no slippage. We could complete the whole process in a very short time.

Product - Several useful features within Analytics, example- Funnels: which helps with easy and immediate access to the right segments to target. Other tools that help understand user behaviour based on demographics, open rates, click rates and best times for optimum open and click rates help in improving effectiveness.

Support - Appreciate the great support from our Success manager - Mrinal Deshmukh, who is very responsive and helps out on queries and issues in a timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
The functionality of getting a valid profile picture against the sender ID is something which can be integrated and looked upon for Email services.

Email delivery rates can be shown even for email which are currently missing which can be included.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With CleverTap, we are able to reach users in real-time based on their actions, by using event-based targeting, thereby improving the conversion rates of the campaigns.

With the help of the dashboard, we have a richer understanding of the user’s behaviour and the importance of factors such as geographic region, time of day, etc. Using these insights, we have been able to greatly improve upon the open rates of email campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
1. Provides a data-backed engagement strategy to reduce customer dropoffs and increase the revenue function of our organization.
2. Smartest user retention tool to understand the length & breadth of our user cohort & help decide actionable insights to retain these cohorts.
3. Seamless user communication journey creation tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. The analytics features can be optimized to a great extent, such as funnel creation, user flows & basic cohort definitions.
2. Integration with other services such as Slack or Teams is not supported.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With CleverTap, we are trying to solve two major business goals :
1. User Retention - We leverage CleverTap's extremely sophisticated engagement tool ( Journeys, Campaigns ) to make sure our users are well aware of our product offerings & features and expose our reward offerings basis the user segmentation tools offered by CleverTap.
2. Onboarding Journey - CleverTap helps us in targeting users during their onboarding journey with our platform and by doing so, we reduce the friction between end user and our platform which translates to an absolute reduction in drop-offs within the funnel.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use: CleverTap is easy to use, even for those without experience with marketing automation platforms. The user interface is intuitive, and the documentation is comprehensive.

Features: CleverTap offers many features, including push notifications, in-app messaging, email marketing, user segmentation, and analytics. This makes it a powerful tool for businesses of all sizes.

Support: CleverTap offers excellent support. The customer support team is knowledgeable and responsive, and they are always willing to help.

Overall, I am very impressed with CleverTap. It is a powerful, easy-to-use, and affordable marketing automation platform that can help businesses of all sizes to improve their mobile marketing efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features can be improved. For example, the dashboard feature is limited in terms of the number of pins that can be added to a board and the ability to edit pins. If we want to share charts and complete dashboard snapshots at once, it's not possible.

This slight improvement only, over and above, is a perfect tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CleverTap is benefiting me in several ways. First, it is helping me to engage with my users in a more personalized and meaningful way. This results in higher engagement levels and improved retention rates. Second, CleverTap is helping me to convert my users into customers. This results in higher conversion rates and increased revenue. Finally, CleverTap is providing me with valuable insights into my users. This is helping me better understand their needs and preferences, allowing me to improve my marketing campaigns and the growth of my company.

What do you like best about the product?
Clevertap is an exceptional tool that effectively boosts user retention while providing insightful analysis of trends and behaviors.

Sanae has been an invaluable support, consistently assisting us not only during our weekly meetings but also outside of them. She has played a crucial role in helping us comprehend the details of campaigns and journeys setups, as well as the associated statistics across various channels. Her expertise has simplified what initially appeared to be complex terminologies, always offering relevant documentation to address any concerns we encountered.

The documentation available for campaigns, journeys, and reports is truly impressive. It has proven to be an invaluable resource, providing comprehensive and clear guidance throughout our usage of the platform.

Thanks to the training sessions, we have witnessed incremental improvements on a weekly basis. This constant progress has fueled our enthusiasm to further explore and expand our knowledge of this remarkable software with each passing week.

Clevertap consistently undergoes updates, and it is evident that the team values user feedback and takes prompt action based on those experiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
When it comes to the fundamentals course in Clevertap's academy, the questions primarily focus on theoretical aspects. This approach can pose a challenge for individuals who possess practical experience with Clevertap, as they may struggle with answering queries related to definitions and specific numbers that hold little significance in real-world application.

One noteworthy drawback is that even if a question presents seven answer options, with four of them being correct, if a user selects three out of the four correct answers, they still receive a zero score. This evaluation method seems rather strict and does not adequately reflect the user's understanding of the subject matter.

Considering that Clevertap is centered around engagement and retention in practical scenarios, I strongly believe that incorporating case studies into the courses would greatly enhance users' critical thinking abilities. Real-world scenarios present complex challenges that require thoughtful analysis and decision-making, which can be effectively cultivated through case studies.

While I cannot ascertain whether case studies are included in other Clevertap courses, as I have only experienced the fundamentals course, I personally feel that their inclusion would be highly beneficial. This suggestion is based on my opinion and the belief that case studies offer a more comprehensive and insightful approach to learning and applying Clevertap's features.

Knowing what specific segments want and accordingly offering them what they likely want

What do you like best about the product?
Clevertap is very quick, smooth and efficient with its data. It also helps in analysing the information on a realtime basis. Journeys can be mapped very quickly and also has a lot of affiliate partners to integrate smoothly,
What do you dislike about the product?
It's costly and has some servicing-related issues, also the TAT for the resolution is more than 24-48 hours of time to companies which are small start-ups. Apart form that Clevertap is a leader in the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clevertap is solving the below problems that are based on real-time data.
Quick data analysis, reach to the past audience with a 1-year data base, instant output as the data is stored on the cloud. It benefitted us with the customer understanding and journey mapping to each of the users.

What do you like best about the product?
Some of the features which I like are the Multichannel campaign management, the journeys and the insights which we get on these campaigns and journeys which we launch. The capability to also aun A/B test with campaigns makes our campaigns perform better. The personalization and automation capabilities have significantly reduced our efforts in managing user engagement.

Also, with respect to the segmentation and analytic capabilities where we can segment our user's basis demographic, behavior and transaction data at one click makes our lives easier.

Additionally, the excellent support and guidance which we get from the CleverTap team, especially our CSM, Mr. Sreeram has been exceptional.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. But additional analytics visualizations and an enhanced user interface will be an added benefit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been using CleverTap for our customer engagement and retention efforts, where it helped us to optimize our campaigns to target the customer at various cohort levels. We are leveraging the segmentation capabilities, multi-channel communication channels and personalized messaging features to target and deliver relevant value props to the right users. Additionally, personalization is key in Fintech Industry, where our customers expect tailored experiences. Clevertap ensures we deliver the right message to the right users at the right time, driving better conversions.

What do you like best about the product?
Been using CleverTap for the last 6 years across multiple organizations. It's easy to use with easy to integrate with existing marketing stack. Amit and Swadha's team provide quality support and are always there for us, with high responsiveness.
What do you dislike about the product?
Product takes more time to develop new features like liquid content. Longer TAT on solution of issues like in-app pop up problems.

RFM engine requires more customizations.
