What do you dislike about the product?
When it comes to selecting two actions in "OR" condition, this functionality is not currently available on the dashboard. From what I understand, the CLeverTap product team is working on this functionality. Looking forward to using it

What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
I belive if setting up CT with APP would be furture simplified then it will be really helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Able to Enagage with 40% of customer with Push Notification at right time. Initally we are using firebase which was not that great.
- Support Multiple Language, as I am targeting MSME in India, I need to communicate in the regional lanagauage. It made my life simple.

Great solution for Marketers
What do you like best about the product?
Clevertap is very easy to use for Marketers, only needed some initial setup which will be assisted by Clevertap team also.
We really like the Journey feature, where we can setup a predefined, targeted, and automated series of marketing campaigns using various channels such as Push Notifications, Email, and In-App Banner.
Some features such as RFM Segmentation can really help in giving engagement in a quick way to our most valuable users or the dormant potential users to be reactivated again.
The Customer Support is also superb, we have a bi-weekly session to check if we experience any difficulties or if Clevertap have any ideas on how to improve the campaigns. Every Quarter, Clevertap team would also give Quarterly review to improve the business.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have seen other similar solution have a Nudges/Spotlight feature that can highlight specific area of the app to the user, but I think Clevertap currently does not have it (at least with my current knowledge).
The ability to highlight a specific section of the app (for example if we have new features in the app), would also be great.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us the ability to give targeted and automated engagement to our users, and it really helps us to increase the acquisition conversion rate and also to increase our retention rate. As it is very easy to use and can be done quickly, it can save a lot of time for us.

What do you like best about the product?
So many features on clevertap that are very useful. As per the stage we are at currently. I like the journy and the segmented campaings depending on every cuastomer's behavior.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit complex in terms of set ups, where you have to fully understand the functions. Suggestions for improvments during the implementation process.

CleverTap is helping us communicate about the brand's initiatives & offers to our app audiences in a professional yet handy way. It helps us improving customer retention as well as getting better ROI from the campaign.
Best Automation & solution tool in the market
What do you like best about the product?
Let me first emphasize the integration part which is so easy & smooth. Ease of access & features are way better than any competitive tool. I use CleverTap daily for analytical & execution purposes. The cherry on top is that their Customer support team is also very helpful.

few bugs are there but these are avoidable.

It solves our day-to-day challenges by providing us with the granular details for the presentation of our data. Plus it's so so easy to use everything is so simple.
