Great tool for customer engagement and analytics

What do you dislike about the product?
The customer 360 view is missing the engagement details. We cant see, what emails/pushes customer has recieved and opened or clicked on the customer profile itself. It needs to be searched through events.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously we had different tools for Push notifications and emails so our biggest challenge was to have automated journey which could use both elements. Clevertap having both features togethers makes it simple for us to use multi--channel journeys. Clevertap also comes with an in-built CDP which were needed to run campaign analytics for effectivity. Clevertap is easy to use from an end user prespective so there is no more dependancy on tech team to help with segments and setting up campaigns, market users are able to execute campaigns from start to finish. With the email onboarding process, we had great support from the clevertap team, they helped us decide on the goals for IP warming, shared the plan and checked on the progress on a regular basis to see if the process was smooth. This helped us getting the IP warming done in a very fast and smooth process.

CleverTap - A Clever Way For Multi Channel Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
There are many feature which are very useful for tapping our customer & prospects.

What do you dislike about the product?
Once the Journey is created we cannot edit the main setting - Option should be there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CleverTap is a one stop shop like platform, once integrated with multiple channels, we can manage all our campaigns, analytics, etc quite easily. CT Team member are very helpful like Tejas (who looks after emails channel) has helped us get back our effected domains from very low repo to high reputation.

1. Very easy to understand user interface: Everyone in the organisation can understand engagement data and use it to make their role more efficient.

What do you dislike about the product?
A few feauture updates that they are working on , for example currently delay in event trigger for in app notifications is not possible.

Email Reputation Improved: closely working with the email onboarding team of clevertap and implementing best practices has majorly improved out domain reputation and ensured that emails don't land in the spam folder.
Understanding user engagement on the app: it has helped us identify the content on the app which is attracting maximum engagement organically and helped us focus on that more

Easy to Use Interface: CleverTap's UI is simple to use and doesn't require much technical knowledge, which aids in the efficient execution of our campaigns.
Multichannel Connectivity: CleverTap offers multichannel support that enables us to reach out to users via a variety of channels, including as push notifications, SMS, and emails.

What do you dislike about the product?
Integration problems: It is difficult to link other products with CleverTap that we need to do our everyday tasks with your existing tech stack. Sometimes it requires more time to get past this obstacle.
Issues with Customization: I believe CleverTap has to work on tailoring their product to the requirements of the many industries they are dealing with because everyone has distinct problems that they are attempting to solve and a similar solution might not be effective for everyone.

Use-case for A/B Testing: CleverTap's A/B testing has assisted us in analyzing what is more effective for us, fine-tuning our content, and understanding the overall outcomes.
Use-case for Segmentation and Personalization: We were able to segment our user base based on a variety of characteristics and behaviors and target them with individualized communications thanks to CleverTap's strong and efficient segmentation capabilities. In terms of conversion rates and user engagement, this has been highly successful.

Very good customer engagement platform and above average customer analytics platform
What do you like best about the product?
Campaigning tools at clevertap are very helpful and advanced (a couple of drawbacks aside). I highly recommend anyone who would need an advanced customer-reach platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support is somehow not very streamlined. I can see the effort and dedication in the support but not in the actual functionality. Also the analytics side is not as advanced as the campaigning side.

Clevertap is solving discrepancy problems when dealing with customer engagement detailing and channels. Grouping all (most at least) of the communication channels in 1 place is very helpful.

- Can't customize the funnel of their lifecycle optimizer.

We had an issue with our retention and LTV. Therefore, Clevertap with their platform enabled us to customize our messaging based on segment, automate our onboarding process, and personalize our communication.

What do you like best about the product?
User Journey Automation, UI, Multiple ways execute the SMS campaigns and Ms. Tripti Negandhi, the way she handles our queries and patiently listen our concernd and address those concerns further to solve it. I would highly recommend her for all upcoming account gets. This positive feedback should be taken into consideration for her next appraisal cycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now. Maybe would have add more features in analytics like creating user cohort in order to capture LTV of the user.
Most important: It should allow us to make changes in existing Live journey (Email) as for each small change we would like to make we are do not have choice but to clone the journey everytime.

Clevertap is enabling us automate user journey with customized communication rolling out to specific set of users. It is currently one of the most important tool we have in marketing. It also help us to take right business decisions too.
CleverTap is One Stop solution for Customer Engagement & Data Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
The overall capability to engage the audience at very granular levels is mind blowing. You could pinpoint a to any customer behaviour, create an event and drive engagement from there on.Journeys make the task much easier with omni channel capabilities, be it email, Whatsapp or Push Notifications etc. And then analysis is available for each of the nodes in the journey. The interface is quite simple to use yet it solves many problems to a very granular level.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides, just sthe scope of futher improvements.
Large sets of data analysis may take a few seconds to load. Though i don't mind that, but then, there is a little scope for improvement here.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Omni Channel Engagement with customers, basis their live behaviour or past trends is a big plus. I do not have to toggle around multiple tools to set up any kind of customer engagements. Journeys have helped rationalise customer engagements and achieve various segment wise targets.

What do you like best about the product?
CleverTap has been a great upgrade from our previous marketing tool. It has a lot of useful features for improving customer engagement. It has helped us create real-time journeys and make specific granular user segments. The real-time analytics and reports have also been great! The interface is very user-friendly, making the campaign setup intuitive and smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
While CleverTap has great features, there is a learning curve in figuring the platform out and then using its features to the fullest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CleverTap has made user engagement a lot easier. Previously the systems we were using had a long latency for the data flowing in from multiple systems. Here, that has become a lot faster and seamless. Also, by having targeted campaigns and creating personalized journeys, we have had better user responses on Emails, SMS, and WhatsApp channels.
In short, CleverTap has played a key role in helping us create great user journeys and step up our marketing game.

Great Martech Product and Amazing CSM Support..!!
What do you like best about the product?
Clevertap has been a great tool for me as a CRM Marketer. I have been using other platforms aswell but the kind of Data Analysis,Segmentationa,Personalisation & CSM Support has been amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much to complain about. So all good :) Tripti Negandhi Made sure that we dont have much to Dislike Clevertap.

Segmentation, Personalisation and Automated User Flows has been a key area where we as a team were benefited from clevertap.
