What do you like best about the product?
Blazing fast real time analytics is very useful when we are crafting data driven marketing strategies.CleverTap is also straight forward and guarantees a seamless experience even for users with limited technical expertise the customer care team is also very responsive I got a responce in less than an hour which was absolutely amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to deslike about this platform the ease of use and the friendly interface is on another level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using this tool has given us actionable insights which have allowed us to fine tune our marketing strategies leading to better sales and higher profits.

What do you like best about the product?
With the help of CleverTap, I have been able to increase interest in my services through marketing, and the program as a whole has been very helpful. In terms of efficiency, the interface is second to none and certainly provides a personalized service to each user. As a service that streamlines operations, it is highly recommended for its eye-catching and remarkable user interface. The process is flawless and efficient and offers fantastic marketing opportunities for any client.
What do you dislike about the product?
This program lacks support and is not fast enough to adequately respond to my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Responsible clients have benefited from our extensive experience in automated marketing consulting. When it comes to making better decisions, the program is really helpful. It is completely robust and gives the feeling of belonging to an enterprise environment. When we don't have market opportunities, it definitely helps us see them.

What do you like best about the product?
CleverTap is one of the best tools in the industry. Having used other leading tools, I can justify that CT has a lot of advanced features which helps us enchance our user touchpoints.

Few things that I like about CT based on my experience:


- Easy to use with very less learning curve
- Library of preset templates for push & in-app notifications which serve for different purposes
- Ability to send multiple communications from a single campaign/node by splitting users based on their user property
- Real-time event tracking
- Unlike other tools, CT does a great job in the analytics section
- Based on the analytics, we are able to create custom user segments instantly and run A/B tests to measure conversion incrementality
- Journeys have a great feature called intelli-node which allows us to A/B test different journeys within a single journey and meausre the performance
- Very responsive customer support

Overall, CleverTap is a clear winner. If you're tired of surface-level insights, basic campaigns, and want to drive real engagement with automation on your side, this is your platform. Highly recommended!
What do you dislike about the product?
- There is no option to duplicate nodes in a journey which takes extra time & effort
- Enhancing customization options in In-app campaigns (priotization, triggering on specific screens, timer delay)
- App uninstall tracking
- Exporting control group user data from campaigns & journeys is not available
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CT is helping us activate, retain, and reactivate users on our platform. We firmly belive in constantly A/B testing and improving our efforts, and with CT, we are able to achieve that.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how CleverTap makes clever use of AI to engage with personalized and targeted communication. Just brilliant! Its amazing features are tops too, like push notifications, email marketing, in-app communication and much more. Liked how easy-to-set it was, how easy-to-use it is, how it integrates. I like its user support as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using it frequently, and probably the one drawback is its dependency on third party integrations. Otherwise its the cleverest email marketing app online.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its been our go to for targeted, personalized engagement online via email especially. Has been a great help in broadening our market base, in helping reach roi faster.

Engaging user is easier with Clever Tap,through it's multichannel targeting,it plays a significant role in user engagement also you can customize your apis for sending notifications.

Price is a bit on the upper side apart from that everything else is superb.

What do you like best about the product?
I quite like how this Platform cleverly uses AI to segment, provide analytics for tapping, engagement and retention. How it brilliantly uses push notifications, in-app messages and personalized communication to achieve above. Its user-friendly enough, easy-to-implement, has lots of useful features, reliable user support. C can vouch for it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Did not at first like its learning curve. Found it sometimes has integration issues. Cost a bit high as well. But it delivers on its promise for tapping with roi.

Definitely helps us tap for business using clever AI, push notifications and personalized communication. Which for sure has improved outcomes and roi.

What do you like best about the product?
If there's a solution built for engagement, proposing, onboarding and forever retaining, this is it! Really made my business acquisitions a rewarding experience. I just love CleverTap! it's been empowering me with campaigns that not only address bottom line, but which inspire love and loyalty across board. I've found it user-friendly, exceptional at integration and connectivity. With user support you can't believe. Am hooked!

Since implementation it's hardly done wrong. I can vouch for it. No complaints from me.

What do you like best about the product?
I had a positive onboarding experience by the CleverTap team. Special mention to Akshay Bhange who was the onboarding SPOC. He has a great understanding skill and technical knowledge. It made it easier for us to integrate CleverTap.

There are multiple data management options on CleverTap using which one can back up and import their data from CleverTap. If done properly, one will have their data intact and migrating becomes easier, if and when needed.

At the analytics front, I like the smart insights that the platform generates on it's own. It's really helpful to get quick insights and makes our life easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are few features in analytics that I would like to see. For example, one cannot filter a user's history in a time range corresponding to a certain event. There is a workaround but not an elegant one. Another being ability to split an event. One can filter it though. I am sure these features are in pipeline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CleverTap is helping to generate actionable insights for me. This makes my life easier and enables me to take quick decisions that will benefit my product.
