The best CLM software out there!
What do you like best about the product?
1. The best thing about clevertap is the constant innovations they do be it adding new features or improving the dashboard.
2. Clevertap university is always a plus. It helps to refer to it whenever you don't have an idea about something.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many downsides as of such in clevertap. Sometimes the dashboard is down due to outages but even that is on rare occasions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clevertap is solving some big automation problems, because we send out a lot comms on live basis be it surge to the delivery executives or some referral comms, clevertap helps us automate these types of comms by using live behaviour events which is really helpful.

SDKs are very easy to understand and implement. Customer support and team has been helpful for multiple of the issues.

Cost and event name limitations led to rewrite of all the events leading to tech debt.

What do you like best about the product?
We are using Clevertap for past 1 year now and have used almost every major feature there is. Apart from it being easy to understand, as a marketer there are various other factors that I like which are involved, for example:
- Seamless Omnichannel Integration (Email, Push, SMS, In-App)
- Advanced Analytics and Insights (Flows, Cohorts, etc)
- Personalization at Scale (Behavioral segmentation, Journeys)
- AI-Powered Automation (Intent, RFM models)
All of the points from above plus a robust success team that is proactive in resolving any issue, makes using Clevertap a pleasant experience. They are approachable and give the best possible solution to any issue.

There are other features that I would definitely like to be included as compared to what the competitors are providing:
- App Nudges
- Delaying option for In-App Messages for Web as well as Mobile
- Clear bifurcation app based vs web based events
- Data accuracy on CT Dashboard (as compared to our back-end)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It acts as a single dashboard for most of our Marketing and Analytics efforts. We don't use different tools to send/automate emails, push campaigns or to make customer journeys. It's all done here on Clevertap. As a CEM tool CT helped us in:
- understanding user engagement on the app
- creation of automated journeys
- best time to nudge the user
- bifurcation of our user segments based on RFM models
- A/B testing
Overall a must recommended option for Marketers!

CleverTap: Best tool for Analytics and Marketing Automation
What do you like best about the product?
The most I liked about CleverTap is the user interface and the behavioral analytics features
Features like segmentation, events, funnels, cohorts, trends, find people are really good to track the user actions and events.
"Best time to deliver" notifications for every user.
Email template design capabilities.
The support from our customer success manager is always really quick.
CleverTap has the university which is offering multiple certification courses for the users.

What do you dislike about the product?
It will be good to have content suggestions for email subject/push notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using CleverTap behavioral analytics features we were able to target the right audience at the right time.Example: Using funnels, we were able to analyze at which step the majority drop offs were happening and we were able to reduce such drop off's by targeting customers based those events.

What do you like best about the product?
I couldn't have imagined a solution with this level of Intelligence when tapping and roping in business. Quite astonishing. It very cleverly uses AI to go for the leads that matter to you. Intelligently makes use of strategies including push notifications, in-app messages to engage personally and successfully. Where it senses the need, its intelligent enough to integrate with complimentary technology to achieve what it set out to do. Its a class act.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its been easy enough to use since implementation, with good user support. Function-wise its been delivering. Cost is about the only drawback depending on how you deploy.

It uses Intelligence, market analytics to help us precisely engage the right target market successfully. Its been performing fantastic, enabling us reach roi faster, broaden our customer base.
