Really impressed with the feature set.
What do you like best about the product?
The SSH feature is hands down my favorite of the bunch. Being able to ssh into a switch from anywhere in the world is slick. There are many other features that I enjoy as well, not just that.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more granularity regarding different call rotation options. We work on a rotation for on-call, would help if LM had more features to assist with our process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to effectively mointor our many networks across our entire company. Also, being on top of outages if quick action is needed at a moment's notice. The team is pleased with what LM can provide us.

Technical Support through the portal can be slow at times.

Propper secured monitoring of Network and compute resources across the entire organization.
Consolidating infrastructure monitoring into a single pane of glass
What do you like best about the product?
LogicMonitor provides a consolidated single pane of glass view of all infrastructure across multiple datacentres and cloud providers. It facilitates both reactive and proactive monitoring to ensure system stability and uptime. Most devices be it networking, compute or storage are supported out of the box with very minimal onboarding effort.

Escalation chain rules can be a bit tricky

What do you like best about the product?
The main area that I would like to recommend would be the discovery and implementation. The system was well designed around our needs and requirements and the help received from the team to get the system fully live was outstanding. From a pm perspective, the timeline was never at risk and the resource provided to us was really good.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would have been more beneficial for contact to be more fluent via calls rather than everything via Mavenlink. Not the biggest fan on Mavenlink as it is not user friendly to those who do not have PM knowledge, however the project managers were happy to support us if there was anything we didnt understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The monitoring of devices via Logic Monitor has really helped business wide identify issues and resolve very quickly. For example, there was an incident a few months ago which took us weeks to identify and resolve which cost us resource, time and money. This was identified and resolved within 2 hours with Logic Monitor.

- Lack of out-of-the-box integrations (Okta, Google Workspace)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enabling my company to archive new goals and save money due to our new capability of analysis of our devices. We're able to identify that we're paying too much for a few devices. Now we can predict issues and make better purchases.

Top-notch Monitoring SaaS Platform!
What do you like best about the product?
LogicMonitor is an excellent Software-as-a-Service monitoring platform. The datasources from the Library are incredible and expansive. There is an ability to monitor many various technologies, vendors, and components. LogicMonitor is always evolving and very in-tune with customer needs. LogicMonitor support is excellent and has been extremely responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
LogicMonitor can be overwhelming. LogicMonitor is extremely powerful and capable but one has to reign in what exactly needs to be monitored - from datasources to configsources to propertysources. Make sure to take the training classes and understand all of the components the platform has to offer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LogicMonitor allows our organization to provide 24/7 "eyes" and "ears" on our customer environments. We can offer customers monitoring and alerting on all key infrastructure - on-prem and cloud. LogicMonitor provides the ability to tap into device, platform, and log monitoring - allowing for predictive analysis, along with rapid reactive response. LogicMonitor is a robust platform that provides anything from simple up/down and ping monitoring to application-level analysis and root cause analysis. LogicMonitor is the backbone of our Managed Services offering and we are very please with capabilities.

I like the fact that logic monitor also work on hybrid systems

the interface needs to be modernised so it looks the part

not only are we able to monitor vm's we can monitor network devices as well.

do not hesitate implement logic monitor

I like how LM implementation was better than expected

The integration with Nutanix AHV requires an additional license per VM to capture storage alerts for VM's
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Logic Monitor has been my replacement for Solarwinds. Its more advanced than my previous solution.
