What do you like best about the product?
All very useful for diagnosing problems and analyzing the root cause. I also like the flexibility to monitor almost anything. LogicMonitor gives us a lot of customization about monitoring that can be adapted to our needs and the best thing is that the design and configuration capacity are a little easier to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the graphics look dated and can be clunky. And it has a rather complex and unintuitive management interface. Plus there were some features we were looking for that you can only get with the paid version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can have LogicMonitor do almost anything, including troubleshooting. I can also monitor all devices within my infrastructure. In addition, it was able to handle a truly complete view of our system.

Provides a lot of useful information to help troubleshoot and monitor applications. Predefined dashboard templates save a lot of time. I love the level of involvement of customer service.

Support response time sometimes took too long, but nothing that long. And features like alert customization, automation, and enterprise-grade user management are a bit lacking.

LogicMonitor provides the combination of visibility and security features that is exceptional. An excellent set of panels is available out of the box and excellent customer service.

I like the waterfall model of service traces where I can clearly see the service dependencies. The best feature of LogicMonitor cloud is providing near real-time application traces. This helps us perform a thorough check for cloud-related issues and take corrective actions.

Sometimes the Android phone classifies your calls as junk, which can be a problem. Some find the prince a little higher. And also, if we get any details from that tool, it executes different scripts, which is not common in all cases.

We have relied on its smart alerts for all our applications. LogicMonitor also provides efficient logging capabilities. Uses great intelligence for monitoring; You can also find records of the participation of other third parties. Overall, I felt great using this and I also feel lucky to use it in my life.

I love that it offers amazing custom metrics integration and dashboard development that is very useful for developers. And with this tool we can monitor our data processing clusters as well as data fusion channels in the cloud. At the end of the day, it is an application performance management platform that efficiently stores, collects, and analyzes data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it can be difficult for users to navigate and understand the various cost-related data and options. Despite having a large number of customization options, the app became monotonous after a while.

Thanks to its effective monitoring, we were able to detec notable performance losses in our previously mentioned items. With an amazing user interface, this alarm system is wonderful. LogicMonitor is solving important problems related to proactive system maintenance and performance improvement.

Its easy-to-use interface and robust analytics contribute to a positive user experience. And I like that it helps identify and resolve problems proactively. With the help of this tool, I solved a critical issue in our instance by checking all the logs. LogicMonitor provides a single place to monitor all the resources, so we don't have to go to each resource to monitor.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a fairly advanced tool, so the learning curve is quite steep, it is not the best for newbies. Also, for tracking multiple resources, a consolidated report is not possible. Anyway, it is a bit complex and can require a lot of time and effort before you can use it effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides alerts, metrics, dashboards, application insights, and also integration with other LogicMonitor resources. Additionally, the infrastructure monitoring and log management features are very useful as they are real-time, I have great customization options along with visualization tools.

We needed a tool that would allow us to monitor the server infrastructure, and a comprehensive supervision of the system to eliminate any threat before it generates damage, LogicMonitor was the solution to this problem, we customize the alerts to receive those that represent an import threat to the system and thus able to attack them effectively, we access without inconvenience to the logs of the analysis when our staff requires it

LogicMonitor improved on-premises infrastructure monitoring in several ways. One key feature was dynamic resource allocation, although we didn't utilize it much in our system. The main functionalities we benefited from were email alerts, network mapping, and dashboards.
Configuring multiple thresholds, including dynamic thresholds, helped identify potential problems early before they caused application downtime. The system prioritized alerts based on learned patterns. The reporting feature in LogicMonitor was quite useful. It allowed for generating reports on various aspects, and you could even schedule them to be sent via email.
What needs improvement?
One drawback of LogicMonitor is its licensing model, which requires an additional license for each module. For example, if you need to use Azure monitoring, you'll need an additional license on top of the base license.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using the product for five years.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
Occasionally, there might be scheduled maintenance or updates, which could result in some downtime for the UI.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
The product is scalable since it is cloud-based.

The customer support experience with LogicMonitor varied depending on the location. The support was good for US customers, but for those in India, where support was provided from Singapore, it was not as good.

How was the initial setup?
Deploying the tool is easy but may require some fine-tuning after the initial setup. While the deployment process is straightforward, we found some adjustments were needed post-deployment, particularly in fine-tuning thresholds and configurations. Maintaining LogicMonitor is straightforward. Once the initial implementation is done, our Level 1 team handles maintenance requests. One person is generally sufficient to handle configuration and maintenance tasks.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
The tool's pricing falls into the middle range.
What other advice do I have?
LogicMonitor offers integrations with various tools, such as data analytics platforms. While some integrations may require additional investment, they provide an open API, allowing custom integrations to be developed. While not all integrations are included for free, many of the leading market tools are supported.
I work with clients of varying sizes, including enterprises and smaller businesses. Previously, I mainly worked with enterprise clients, but recently, I've configured the system for smaller businesses.
I rate the overall solution a ten out of ten. Before you buy LogicMonitor, figure out how big your setup is and how many collectors you'll need. Understand your needs and environment well to avoid any complications later on.
Top of the line Solution for overall infra monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
Tech support is really awesome when it comes to any product issue or any short of product related guidance is required or any configuration needs to be manipulated. Whenever there is new upgrade, it doesn't have any short of down time or glitches. Provided web user interface is easy to understand and very user friendly too with good performance. It is a feature pack and Scalability is one of the best feature that is offered by them. Very easy to integrate with other with overall system and provides multiple way of integration. Documentation of the product is very easy to understand. Currently, implemented on all the production servers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up of complex alerts is bit complex and hard to setup. Reporting capabilities are also limit and needs to be improved for future. Agent is required to be implemented on every maching to collect the data from.

It helps in keeping eye on overall systems and production servers thata are deployed throught the organization. It helps in quick reaction to any problem related to infra or the data.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about using LogicMonitor is the ability to improve end user experience with constant and real-time health and performance monitoring of our website. Also, the scalability and the stability of LogicMonitor is very good and appreciable. The website downtime monitoring and alerting is very much prompt and useful. The implementation of LogicMonitor is very quick and efficient and does not affect the business process in any way. I would also like to appreciate their customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integrations with other platforms could be made a bit easier. But apart from that, all the features are very much useful and the reports are insightful too. I do not have any complaints with LogicMonitor.

With the help of LogicMonitor we are able to completely reduce our content load issues and also seamlessly check the HTTP codes. Our overall working efficiency has also improved a lot after implementing LogicMonitor.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows us to monitor all of our resources, services and websites in a single pane of glass, and provides us with all the insights we need. It can give you everything you need, and even collect and correlate event and syslogs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It requires some operational maintenance on the LM Modules and datasources, along with alert tuning to eliminate noise as it monitors a ton of things right out of the gate!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LogicMonitor is allowing us to proactively resolve problems before they happen by alerting us on things like disk space utilization, memory and CPU utilization, Windows Service status and allowing us to do automated remediation of these types of things.
