A gerat Product that has so many uses

What do you like best about the product?
We use LM for all of our customers kit. It has a great user interface, and is very flexible when seeting up bespoke monitoring for every customers needs
What do you dislike about the product?
not come across any yet, it is very iser friendly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the level of granular monitoring for all the different services we provide means we can automate as much as possible.

What do you like best about the product?
I've always found support and the account team to be very responsive and proactive, they genuinely seem passionate about their products. Like any monitoring platform, you have to put the effort in to get the value but the team have been great in supporting us on the journey. We've found the platform to be very reliable and new features are adding on a regular basis which shows they listen to their customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The licensing model was a bit complex but they have revised it a lot over the last year to simplify it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing the team to be more proactive rather than reactive. The dashboards are also giving us a quick glance of the estate which is great.

- Custom creation of LogicModules in particular for PowerShell
What do you dislike about the product?
The company behind the product; features that were standard a few years ago are now subtracted and cost a good chunk of money e.g. support package

Good infra monitoring tool

What do you like best about the product?
I like LogicMonitor best specially on ease of provisioning and comprehensive out-of-the-box capabilities. It's incredibly efficient to get new devices and services under management, and our squad rarely find itself needing to develop custom solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cant think of any right now as we are using them specifically on our Infrastructure monitoring.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is our go to infrastructure monitoring tool.

Friendly, Flexible, Integrated Monitoring tool

What do you like best about the product?
The new UI is very responsive, and in general, better the the old one. LM is friendly and comes ready with most everything you need to monitor OOTB. It is also very flexible allowing us to create modules to monitor and report on any aspect of our systems. We have integrated it to multiple other tools with ease, via OOTB integrations or via the API.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new view of the modules, I feel I loose time filtering stuff everytime. Havent had to use support much, which is good, as it can take a while to get a satisfactory response.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to migrate from a deprecated tool set and LM has been a good choice as we can consolidate several tools in one.

Monitoring Made Easy

What do you like best about the product?
LogicMonitor keeps track of all devices, servers, applications, etc in a central dashboard. Easy to monitor the health of everything in IT environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
bit overwhelmimg to learn as a newbie as it got so many features

What do you like best about the product?
Its pretty fleable and fits our needs really well.
Immediate access to a real human for support is a real bonus. The product is always growing and expanding, active development work means we can put in requests and get updates pretty quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really a downside but the product is still filling out , we've had a complet UX chnage which took a bit of getting used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SME managment to small to make SCOM a viable product

More Than Monitoring

What do you like best about the product?
The software is great and has been an asset to our company. It has enabled us to have full visibility into our environment. Before using LogicMonitor, we only had visibility to a fraction of our servers and network devices. Beyond the software, the employees and support services are fantastic. Everyone we have worked with has provided great customer service. From sales to account management to the engineers we work with, all have been great and show that they care about the success of our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any monitoring product, it requires ongoing administration, which takes time away from our staff for projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, it's purely for monitoring the environment and allowing our MSP to react quickly to issues. In the future, we are looking to further the use to show the business how things are running and demonstrate our impact on operational efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
The flexability of logimonitor and visibility from within their dashboards is great, good interaction within ServiceNow and also ability tomonitor networking, linux, windows servers and webistes is massively helpful and useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes ideas can be a little slow to market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having the tolling within LogicMontior allows us to montior our Enterprise from both Cloud and on-prem environments

Using LogicMonitor to gain observability of multiple sets of Infrastructure

What do you like best about the product?
Lots of support for monitoring servers, network gear, storage, and databases. Good architecture with a reliable and responsive SaaS instance coupled with onPrem collectors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using least privilege accounts required greater care and ramp up to get the desired metrics for monitoring.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LogicMonitor is gathering metrics from applications and infrastructure and alerting on events of interest. It also provides trending reports to help identify emerging issues.
