What is most valuable?
LogicMonitor helps us prevent potential downtime. It's pretty good. It generates low-level warnings that aren't necessarily preemptive but can still alert us to issues we should investigate. These warnings allow us to correlate data and identify areas where we should take action, even if the issues aren't critical.
The most useful feature we've found in LogicMonitor is its ability to deploy templates automatically. It's quite smart in this regard. When we add a device, it detects the type of device and deploys the appropriate template for it.
The tool's alerting system has been pretty good for us. We receive SMS alerts if we're not in front of our screens, which has improved our response time to potential issues. The escalation chains feature has been particularly useful in this regard. Overall, it's easy to use and simplifies our alerting process.
The tool is highly integratable.
What needs improvement?
LogicMonitor should improve its logging features. It can become expensive and should be cost-effective. It would be great to see prebuilt templates for alerting methods in LogicMonitor that are similar to the prebuilt dashboards. Currently, users have to build their alerting configurations.

How are customer service and support?
The response time for support needs to be better. They're pretty fast in responding, but there are many areas they won't cover; it often falls out of scope. While they're good at getting back to us, they're not owning the issue and assisting.

The solution is not expensive.

What do you like best about the product?
It presents an intuitive and dynamic interface, the monitoring tool is automated in the servers and other functions the configuration of the devices does not require more experience, generates detailed reports which are crucial to detect the failure and find the right solution, the technical support is prepared to give suitable answers
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is high, the interface of the mobile application should be improved, if the internet connection is poor it will not work properly, more options to customize the interface are missing

Notifications keep us alerted about the operation of the devices, therefore, it is no longer necessary to check them frequently, effectively monitors the company´s networks detecting problems in less time which facilitates the resolution of the same which leads to a saving of time and money for the company

It is an easy to use and install software that requires no further assistance, likewise the technical support provides solutions to any inconvenience that may arise, alerts are configured quickly, when running system updates is not affected the operation of the same, the interface design provides an entertaining and easy navigation

The costs of the product are high, but the efficiency of the product is worth the investment, the reports could be more automated, the application for mobile devices sometimes presents errors

LogicMonitor has provided us with monitoring tools for networks, servers and the cloud, being compatible with a wide variety of devices it adapted to the employees in the company without any problem, the alerts keep the devices protected and the reports save time to provide solutions to the problems detected. Excellent option to monitor your network system and detect problems.
What do you like best about the product?
The compilers for basic monitoring are of great quality, the software enjoys great acceptance in many industries with good comments from large customers, integrations with the most demanded services at the enterprise level, to name a few that we use, Slack, PagerDuty, ServiceNow, and many more that make usable all monitoring services in the cloud, on the network, including containers, I must also highlight the customization within the interface is a comfortable software to use, with an attractive design and a complete interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had no major problems with LogicMonitor, if I could criticize the costs of implementation and activation of the service, they are higher than other monitoring services on the market, but none does what LogicMonitor has achieved for IT companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Logic software is a tool that has allowed us to make infrastructure monitoring systems, available networks, containers, in the development of applications and web-based services has been a great ally to check that all work is done correctly, thanks to its system of alerts and detailed analysis drives us to make better technical decisions in the IT field, even in its ServiceNow integration the program becomes an incredible failure detection system.
It adopts a complete and simple logical monitoring model.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, you can add all the devices you want to monitor from the interface, it is also possible to schedule alerts, the installation is easier than I thought, they have an excellent community behind the project there is a lot of documentation on how to make the most of the software, the customer service I experienced was very cordial at all times they explained how to use the program in the most appropriate way and at no cost, it integrates very well with other IT services, we use ServiceNow, and it is excellent in conjunction with LogicMonitor.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think we should modernize some things within the program starting with the templates that are presented to us since we install the software, the analyses are complete, but they also need an update, this should not be a problem, but this tool, although fine is not cheap, your company should have enough resources for all the licenses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LogicMonitor is our main monitoring tool in the cloud, as far as networks are concerned, it is essential for a well-maintained infrastructure. Goodbye to all complex problems, this software observes all anomalies and notifies us through alerts what we have to correct. We collect and analyze data, it allows us to classify all the problems and look for solutions, excellent to meet between all our IT team and make decisions.
An intelligent experience, with incredible logical options.
What do you like best about the product?
Good mechanics of real-time alerts, monitoring options in the cloud are excellent, the software is interpreted in a good way, the configuration for a good use did not bring problems, analysis and reports of the data collected are very complete the program is very graphic this I like, the interface is simpler than at first glance we can notice. The support team connects very well with the customer, they give solutions and are experts in the field.
What do you dislike about the product?
LM is expensive, to be honest it was the most expensive software we have implemented in the company, if you are a company with few employees, and that is starting I do not recommend its acquisition, it is also a program that consumes resources, otherwise the software works great and is improving with each update.

It was a vital acquisition for our alerting system, so far we have used all LM monitoring options and I must say that each hosted service complements what we need, both in the cloud and in containers, in fact, the integration with Slack gives more versatility, and we take better advantage of all the options that the program provides.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up and use, provides alerts at all times and general monitoring data, options to monitor and alert users about network or connection changes come hand in hand with excellent customer support. Comprehensive dashboards for real-time information on all systems being managed. Provides excellent visibility of our servers, providing first-hand analysis and reports easy to understand by our IT analysts. Full customization in available, with excellent nuances. The system provides a fully automated monitoring service both in the cloud, servers and advanced networks. The use, although a bit complex at the beginning, has all the necessary trainings provided by the team behind LogicMonitor.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of a demo to view the program before purchasing it, excessive prices in my opinion not suitable for companies with few economic resources, integration PagerDuty and BigPanda I have not liked, with Slack works very well. The initial configuration of alerts can be complex and is delayed I recommend some update to make it simpler, reports although very complete are cumbersome, with more automation would be excellent.

LogicMonitor has provided us over time with an effective tool to monitor servers, networks, and has even allowed our IT team to provide monitoring in the cloud. It is as powerful tool for classifying and resolving complex problems through alerts programmed by all our IT support. Those difficult operational tasks have been trained to the solutions they offer us for less abrasive data processing. It should also be taken into consideration that the program is compatible with all our devices, making it more useful when monitoring.

What do you like best about the product?
When I perform my typical monitoring analysis the first thing that comes to my mind is LogicMonitor, the monitoring options are extensive, the program works 24 hours a day, the graphical interface and dashboard options are very modern, you can schedule each monitoring to be grouped by groups and even warn you the degree of severity of each anomaly, you can get all the data in real time, and response times are fast. The mapping options, notifications and alerts I love, the graphs that the program offers are very complete, from analysis to reports, it adapts to any branch, and the implementation is fully guided, the company looks after the interests of customers very well. It integrates well with Amazon instances, Azure and many others. It allows you to know the Active users integrated with Office 365, including all those who have VPN, at any time you can perform network monitoring, remote including the already famous virtual machines that we all know, this product adapts to any action that is asked, there is no more robust software for anomaly detection and security practices that computer than LogicMonitor.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ultimately we decided to add a few more licenses, I was hoping for a better offer, but the software is basically costing much more than our company can afford, we hope they can improve their performance, otherwise we will be forced to make a change of provider. It is not easy to use, I must say that at first I found myself disoriented by all the options it offered, however I can adapt perfectly. It requires a good ram memory, and a good space in the hard disk, since it consumes enough resources of the equipment where it is installed.

We install LogicMonitor on our computers to provide network monitoring, we have also achieved an expansion to websites and finally our analysts specialize in containers, all this is exclusive to customers of our company. We have been providing IT services for several years and the implementation of the program allows us to obtain detailed information on IPs, anomalies, network problems, it allows us to organize everything in groups to obtain important information that helps us to provide better solutions for all our customers.

LogicMonitor has a steep learning curve compared to it's alternatives.It is also expensive to use LogicMonitor.
