The Best Enterprise Monitoring Platform
What do you like best about the product?
LogicMonitor is simple to deploy in your enterprise, and it's highly customizable, which allows you to gain visibility into your environment quickly. We have easily built customized dashboards for all levels of Leadership and Teams using out-of-the-box templates. Their technical support is top-notch and highly responsive to boot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike that we have is that we cannot use a custom URL for the portal or email address for sending alerts. It would be helpful for MSP's that want to Whitelabel the product as a reseller.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are monitoring our client's resources, both on-premises and in the public cloud. AiOps and dynamic thresholds help our customers with easy-to-understand trend forecasting and proactive insights into their environment.

What do you like best about the product?
the integration to pager duty. I also enjoy the ability to add dynamic group and the upload wizard. Support is also great !
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the regex customizing thats required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So far we have decommisioned our old Monitoring solution and we have a more visible approach on the network .

LogicMonitor is a flexible monitoring platform that allows you to monitor using standard protocols (i.e. SNMP) as well as custom commands to check server applications as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using LogicMonitor to monitor a hybrid multi-cloud solution. It is allowing us to be more proactive in managing our environment.
Best Cloud Monitor
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of installing this on the network and getting this working with the environment from NSA to VM to WIFI switchers, The support team always goes the extra mail.
What do you dislike about the product?
With using the software for the last three weeks, I have not picked up not one issue that I Disliked. One thing that could be improved support for docker containers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Disk space with our backups, Monitoring the up time on certain core switches which we have had issues on and since they have been installed has since be sorted.

Best solution, and I have tried them all.

The interface is friendly and neat! The disposition of the configuration items is clear. We are still in the implementation process , and I am excited about the final result!

At the time, I didn't dislike anything as we were still in the implementation phase.

What do you like best about the product?
The easy to understand UI and the level of touch to customize the system it is able to provide my company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The comprehensive datasource is only available to the popular systems. I cant wait for them to release datasource for more systems

I realized the benefit of monitoring my infrastructure with API calls instead of a traditional SNMP poll.

What do you like best about the product?
Great API, reliable, well designed - we'd design it this way if we were making our own.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be pricey until you scale up your devices. Still it's been worth it to us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're monitoring all of our infrastructure. We're hoping that by combining servers, applications and networking we can trace down root causes and draw correlations.
The Only Monitoring Tool You'll Ever Need
What do you like best about the product?
It's clear, user-friendly and has so many features, both official and supported by the LogicMonitor community. It's the best one I've used so far and I'm still finding new ways to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are moments when information surrounding future updates is left lacking, however any bugs or issues with the service are more often than not swiftly rectified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LogicMonitor allows us to monitor customer devices conveniently, ensuring we have peace of mind that if an issue arises, then we are notified quickly and appropriately. Such benefits will enable us to free up valuable time in other business avenues; efficiency is critical to a successful business.
