Vanta met my compliance needs
What do you like best about the product?
Vanta is simple, easy to use and implement, and has a robust feature set. It integrated nicely with our existing workflow. I use it weekly, and I've never had any issues that required the intervention of customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no negative feedback to offer about Vanta. It meets all of my needs nicely

Vanta tracks our compliance excellently, which is amazing given our complicated workflow

Seemless soc-2 experience
What do you like best about the product?
Vanta was super easy to set up and integrate with all our providers. Vanta recommended a soc-2 auditor who leveraged the Vanta platform to make the entire process seemless and quick!
What do you dislike about the product?
We did not know some documents were needed to be uploaded during the audit window so we had to upload some files twice. Other than than minor issue Vanta was perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enabled us to quickly and effeciently achieve soc-2 type 2 compliance.
Quick, accurate and all-encompassing compliance
What do you like best about the product?
I like how quickly it updates, whether that's a latent security vulnerability in a UI code repository or some AWS change needed for compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it sometimes takes a little bit for the refresh button to kick in after you've fixed the issue at hand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us quickly patch security vulnerabilities in Docker images and UI codebases. It also ensures that we regularly rotate our AWS access keys and maintain good CloudWatch alarms for our Lambdas. Overall, it helps us stay on our game to ensure the health of our entire stack.

What do you like best about the product?
Vanta allows me to track all of our employees' devices with ease to ensure our company remains compliant. I appreciate the daily reminders for our employees which allows me to take a workload off of my plate!
Additionally, when an employee has an issue with security tasks, customer support's response rate is extremely quick and effective in solving the issue as well as following up.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the great features is that Vanta helps you identify deactivated users across all the integrated systems. It's easy to perform access reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too much data that might is not actionable but overtime this can be cleaned and streamlined
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its quite useful in terms of performing access reviews and detecting users that are inactive across the systems. It also helps identifying few of the security risks with certain integrated applications

What do you like best about the product?
The visibility into where you are in the process, the support team, the remidaition tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the tests are harder to remediate than others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta helped us quickly become HIPAA compliant.

some integrations were not stragihtforward to set up without enterprise SaaS packages like the one with Rippling or One Password

What do you like best about the product?
Really easy to understand how you're doing when it comes to the tests for each of the security frameworks you're interested in. Integrations were really smooth. Very clear instructions on what needs to happen to get compliant. You're able to use Vanta across several frameworks, and you can add them gradually (we started with SOC 2 and then added ISO, HIPAA). The CSM and AM assigned to us were really helpful, responsive, and friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't really think of any downsides. We are a small team and so really needed something easy to use. I have heard that the costs may be a lot higher for larger teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Auditors can get into your Vanta instance and evaluate you really seamlessly. Being able to monitor compliance across all the different kinds of tests.
Vanta is an Excellent UAR Platform Complete with Offboarding
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is an all encompassing platform for user access reviews, probing new softwares users are logging into, as well as connecting with your HRIS system when users are offboarded you can follow a checklist to ensure their offboarding is completed
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite it showing when users log into platforms via SAML email, it does not show when users are using username/password authenitcation
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For SOC2 compliance it allowed us to take direct auditable actions to show our auditors, additionally it helps us stay in compliance with terminated users.
