Vanta offers a straightforward and easy way to get SOC 2 Compliance.
What do you like best about the product?
What you would expect from Vanta is the centralization of your documents and tools needed to get your compliance. It offers a good way of self integration of tests, which is a key to maintaining SOC 2 compliance. It streamlines your work, and is a must have for a company.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be overwhelming at the beginning, a lot of information in one go, its a good thing they have a lot of seminars that can help you through the process, but unfortunately, it is only a viable option for EST Timezone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It centralizes the tests and compliance needed for an audit.

I got the very intuitive experience with Vanta services and their hassle free service make my work more ease and better to handle vendor details.

Helpful and Ease to Manage
What do you like best about the product?
The service quality of vanta is really good to go, they have number of features and great user interface where we perform our task without getting any hassle. The quality of their services are really appreciatable.

I like the features like Vendor mangement and audit management of Vanata and also yet I don't have a single issue with their services.

Great Application For Vendor Management and Audit Management
What do you like best about the product?
They have very great user interface and number of features that gives more reliable experience in Audit management and security compliance. Their ease to use integration and free implimentation make our work ease.

I love their frquent use and also I share them with my Social group. They have really great UIUX to serve in better way.

Their are number of feature availbale on Vanta like Cloud Compliance, Vendor Management, Security Audits and manay more. Overall The services quality of vanat is top notch and I feel next level of support with their tech department.
Makes compliance a joy
What do you like best about the product?
The UX blows my mind. All these tests and frameworks and documents and controls and policies could easily make one's head spin. Before Vanta they really did make mine. But they just designed it all in such a way that it's so clear and simple. It all starts to make sense for the first time in my life. Went zero to hero in a few short months. Keeping on top of everything in our growing company would simply have been impossible without all this thoughtful design, well-placed descriptions and helper text, and the AI bot to answer all my questions (and painlessly escalate to a real human when I needed it). Bravo!
Also just an amazing team of people. Everyone I dealt with, from the sales executives, account managers and customer support people have been not only incredibly helpful, but also incredibly transparent and honest. They work hard to resolve every question and issue along the way (nothing major!), both in the sales process and afterwards. You really get the sense they are invested in your success and they truly believe in and stand behind the product. This is in contrast to a few others we trialled, where we definitely got the sense they were willing to play dirty to try to make a sale. Their competitor was very aggressive in trying to paint Vanta in a bad light, while Vanta was easily able to honestly address the half-truths and fabrications, but refused to speak ill of their competitor, insisting on letting their product speak for itself instead. High class.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really worth complaining about. But since I must, there's just a handful of minor things here and there. Choice/setup of training providers is quite limited (either all trainings go through one and only one external provider, or all trainings go through Vanta's internal training -- no mix and match, or if you really must, you have to do some workarounds to track things manually). Since almost everything is so well-automated, a few things threw me off like you had to manually deactivate a few of the tests which actually only applied if you didn't use the built-in modules for those things (e.g. access reviews). Nothing customer support couldn't instantly help us with. But you're never stuck, the rare thing that doesn't work as you expect, there's always a way to get it sorted..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Got us HIPAA compliant and now we are working on SOC2. Thanks to Vanta the process is quick and well-guided. This lets us confidently grow our demanding customer base quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
I have very blessed experience with Vanta where I get very inituative features and ease to use integration that manage our all implimentaion without getting any error.

The support services of Vanta have the best user freiendly team that manage all issues and handle without any delay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Te Audit management and cloud compliance gives a better performance and their cloud compliance fullfil our all needs without any hassle. Their environment gives more user friendly interface and solve our all business needs.
Excellent system. Very easy to navigate.

The templates are of good quality. Monitoring compliance with ISO or other requirements is very easy to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Risk register is very Info-Sec focused as opposed to more broadly compliance focused. It's not all that user friendly in terms of navigating how to update risks and risk mitigate. It would be good if administrators could turn off "User" notifications.

Evidencing our security posture. Having relevant up to date information in one place. Monitoring our policies and reviews. Facilitating quick annual audits. Supporting population of quetionnaires.
