Quick onboarding and straight forward guidance on SOC2 implementation
What do you like best about the product?
Integrations are well documented and easy to configure, well defined examples and templates on automated tests and documents. Onboarding with a VIP partner helped dramatically with getting policies finalized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see some more integrations for access control, and it was a bit frustrating that the user auditing was an additional cost. Well worth the cost, just have to reask for additional resources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplifying SOC2 processes and procedures.

It is very useful to have your controls monitored, status of processes and to consolidate information in 1 place

There is a lack of some features or option, but the product team welcomes feedback and in general works to implement the missing items

Vanta help us to consolidate several process in one tool. We manage vendors, access reviews, controls, audits, policies and more. You are able to have all the information in one place.

Vanta allows us to manage and stay ahead when it comes to compliance. It is easy to use and manage and when you want a new integration the comapny works to have it done. I love Vanta

What do you like best about the product?
The way things are broken into tests makes it super easy to figure out what needs to be done and what needs to change. Besides, every test has a list of steps to fix the present issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any big complaints about vanta. If I had to complain, I would say some of the integrations are a bit flaky and need to be redone frequently. Also, while it's clear what the majority of tests cover, some are a bit harder to understand.
