Vanta’s automation capabilities are a game-changer for managing SOC 2 compliance. What do you dislike about the product?
While Vanta excels in many areas, the platform can sometimes feel rigid when managing contractors who use personal devices. Offering more flexible solutions for contractor compliance would be a welcome improvement.

Vanta is solving the complexity of managing SOC 2 compliance by automating evidence collection, access reviews, and policy management. It keeps our compliance posture strong with real-time monitoring and proactive alerts, ensuring we stay on top of critical tasks. They have number of factors to selec their services and also their reliability make them more effective pltform for our organization. The integration and user experience gives a more effective result to use Vanta and with vanta our work become more easier day by day.

We are using Vanta from more than year and their ease to use and manage features gives really a great experience in vendor management and security audits. The compliance process was very smooth and hassle free with Vanta services.

The ability to keep track of all security and compliance activeities and the ability to integrate with all of our softwares.

There are some bugs with certain integrations; like with our background check tool.

It was great to actually understand how my security was overral. It integrates with almost all my tools and the alerts are really relevant.

Their multiple features and integration gives a high level services and provide reliability to work on their vendor management and security compliance without getting any hassle.
Time saving and guiding system to become & stay compliant
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use with included wizards and automated checks. It's very easy to implement and connect integrations. I use Vanta multiple times a week. Support has been quick via live chat or ticket.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrations disconnect sometimes, needing manual reconnection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to become ISO27001 compliant and stay compliant. Vanta guides us in becoming compliant and automatically checks if we're still compliant. It reminds us as soon as there's a problem, so we can tackle this on-time.
