it crashes sometimes. No free international calling

Clients can fax us the documents without us having an actual physical fax machine
A functional meeting software solution
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to combine the meeting software with the phone software RingCentral
What do you dislike about the product?
There were often difficulties with gathering reporting data and attempting to connect to a meeting with a non-technical member could be challenging at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RingCentral Meetings was used for screen sharing purposes when working with members on technical issues.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Spend the extra time to develop a solid procedure for getting end users to connect to created meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can easily call members within my own organization, setting up the microphone and screen share are relatively simple as well. Muting/ other user functions are simple to use as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that setting up your own meetings are more complicated, I once set up a conference call and ran into a glitch where I couldn't join my own meeting because I wasn't the "host" when I was. Had to call my mentor and just have our meeting over the phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personally, I am still learning to set up my own meetings with those that are outside of my organization. Benefits are that meetings can be conducted at any time from any where!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Overall, I believe that RingCentral is a good product once you know your way around or have gone through a training module. It is easy to join conferences that are already in place, can be a little laggy at times but a meeting has never been dropped when I have used the product.

The convenience of being able to send faxs through the internet as well as receive

It can be a little slow sometimes and the app can be kind of buggy. They have put out alot of updates to fix some issues.

Fax simplicity. Being able to send faxs more easily.

RingCentral is a user friendly resource every office should utilize.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to block solicitor or robocalls from our call log. We recently uploaded a custom mp3 as our company hold music and the whole process was easy start to finish. Fax is still a relevant form of communication especially when it comes to sending proofs of brochures or for invoicing purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how it separates the phone system and the users.

RingCentral Fax allows us to communicate with clients more quickly.

All offices should utilize this feature! It is user friendly and efficient.

I like that it all runs through it's own system. No one ever receives my direct number. The app is also very helpful and makes things easier on my smart phone.

Sometimes the call does not come through the app so it looks like a regular phone call from an unknown number. This causes me to ignore calls i need to take.

The app on my smartphone is a real benefit. Not having to give out my number is nice.

What do you like best about the product?
Ring Central has not fixed all our VOIP problems but it does allow up to have calls on our cell phones. It has improved some in sound clarity but it's still kind of weird.

I don't like how you can't tell if it's ring central call or a call to my personal number

It got rid of our office phone.
Good service for sending quick faxes
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use service, can sand and receive fax documents without having to pay for extra fax number.
What do you dislike about the product?
How many steps it takes to fax a document. I wish there was a way to have RingCentral access your scanner/copier for easy fax uploading.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting important documents faxed over to suppliers, vendors and customers.
Granted mobility within connectivity
What do you like best about the product?
RingCEntral has given our staff greater mobility within their day to day tasks since they are no longer tied to land lines at their desks. It also has given them the opportunity to control hours that they are on call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it is internet based- if the power or internet goes out, so do our phone lines.

Better in office connectivity as well as quicker and more effective communication with clients.
