Simple faxing
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can save fax numbers in the address book to make regular faxes faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the interface of the site, the fax icon is very small.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits I have are that I get notified when a fax comes in/out via email, and that I can fax from my email.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a good product for the price.

What do you like best about the product?
They false advertise what their service can do. Essentially every call comes in on two lines and if someone is alone and is on the phone when a second call comes in, the person has to go to a different phone to answer the second incoming call, they can’t put the first call on hold, and answer the second call on the phone they are using. If someone is working remotely, they do not have any idea that a second call is coming in and can’t answer it even if they wanted to!! So we have 3 months left in our contract. I admit to being stupid and not doing a month to month agreement. Shame on me. We asked, politely to be released from our contract a few months early since they could not deliver the services as promised. We have found a service who can set the system up the way we require and, for the health of our business, wanted to switch to the new company.

We have found a service who can set the system up the way we require and, for the health of our business, wanted to switch to the new company. Nope they would have none of it. After almost an hour on the phone, speaking to 3 different rep, the final being “Vince”, all of whom would not listen to anything I was saying. There was absolutely no consideration of the fact that we had worked on trying to fix this numerous times to no avail. There was no consideration that I was a dissatisfied customer. All they could do was repeat that I had a contract and had to pay the three months remaining if I wanted to terminate the service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Was forced to sign a two year contract when I signed on. I made the decision with in the first year that I would leave Ring Central once my contract lapsed. So recently I found the time to sign up with Ooma, I signed up and had my number ported then notified RingCentral I was ending their service.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It was my problem not theirs. I was told I should have terminated the service within 30 days of signing up if I wanted no penalties. We were still working on trying to get it to work the making the system work!! Their script-based responses are insulting. They had many, many ways of saying no, we don’t care that we couldn’t provide you the service you are paying for, we want your money and that is all we want. Their approach was condescending and inconsiderate. Live and learn!
Great Communication & Organizational Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can keep track of my phone calls, meetings, tasks, files, calendar, etc. all in one central hub.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the multiple apps to access all the RingCentral office tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RingCentral is great at tracking shared documents and files, its also great to store contact info and previous interactions with people.
Ring Central Review
What do you like best about the product?
It was very easy to download and easy to connect with another company. They were able to fix a few issues we were having by using this program. Entering the meeting number and connecting was simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't really used Ring Central enough to say that i dislike anything about it. It took a little longer than usual to download the program but overall I was satisfied.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed help using some new software and they recommended we download this program so they can gain access to our screen to help us out. I will continue to use the program as needed in the future.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy to download and easy to use. Using a meeting number was simple to connect with other users. I will continue to use this program in the future.
My Ring Central Office Review
What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like best about the Ring Central Office application is the versatility.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the fact that often my Glitch app and Ring Central are not in sync.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The business problems I am solving with RingCentral Office are not having to send my calls directly to voicemail when I am out in the field.

What do you like best about the product?
How it keeps all the call logs and messages in order it records appropriate conversations we can transfer different extensions throughout the system to utilize an inbound call system

Some technical issues such as calls forwarding and extensions not working

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can have a meeting through ring without having to use your phone number. I also like that you can use it to dial out from a personal line if you work at home without having your number given out.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a lot I dislike this is a very user friendly simple platform that anyone could use. One issue is sometimes the connection is not as clear as I would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meetings with external clients.

This was a great starting platform for webinars for us. We have since switched to another platform due to our company needs.

Ease of use, flexible admin portal, and easy to grab other numbers.

Customer support is all Hindu based and they can’t really provide solutions. They don’t understand questions I ask.

Outbound calling, which is how my business makes money.
Great program
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can have many people monitoring texts for one incoming number. You can use the app to reply to messages or your computer
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that once a week or so, all text and call history is wiped from the ring central log/app. It makes it difficult to reference past texts from employees /clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of our internal staff has access to texts being sent to our main office number. This is very beneficial because we can all be communicating with different people at the same time, through the same number.
Easy to use video conferencing & conference call solution
What do you like best about the product?
Simple to set up conference calls and online presentations, even with outside users who do not have Ring Central accounts. Works great for our agency as we have both satellite offices as well as an office based in London, England.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes joining through the phone or joining through the web links can be confusing. There is also an echo if you login through the phone and your computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to use web conferencing and video conferencing tool; voice quality works well with members of the team who are based internationally, as well as in satellite offices.

Allow for training and testing, especially before use externally.
