What do you like best about the product?
Ring Central meetings are very convenient to log on to and also the connectivity on video is very good
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, we cannot hear on some calls for inbound calls
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its better than our last system and quicker to connect and messages also come on the same app

What do you like best about the product?
Ringcentral meetings allows easy connectivity in a few simple steps. No issues while in a meeting. Able to share screen with many people.
What do you dislike about the product?
Had issues with audio dial in. Sometimes line got choppy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hosting meeting with remote colleagues and sharing screen

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I don’t need a physical phone, and I can send and receive text messages and faxes. Sound quality is great on calls and meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I’m in a conference call in an office, it’s been a bit tricky to figure out the best way to call since we typically use our headsets individually at our desks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, it’s a bit of an enhancement from our previous system because we are able to text and fax from our numbers at our desks. The integration with RingCentral meetings is useful too.

What do you like best about the product?
Multi office connectivity is a very useful tool. Booking, scheduling and rescheduling appointments apart from confirmation calls are an important asset for our business. Video calling is something we use frequently for videoconferencing and allows multiple people to join in at same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not always user friendly and can be a real issue with high internet traffic
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patient appointments
Appointment conformation, cancelling and rescheduling
Video conferences
Connecting with doctors over video mode
Counseling via teleconferencing
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It can be confusing in the beginning but is very useful

The best program for instant virual client meetings

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that I can just email my clients my meeting room URL and they can jump straight into the meeting room for a screenshare is amazing. It's really easy and I do not have to verbally tell them the link to join in. Saves a lot of time for me. The app overall is self explanatory and very easy to use. I use one PMI so it's even easier with 1 URL for all meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
After every meeting session ends Ringcentral asks me to give a thumbs up or thumbs down to share my experience. Once every 10-15 meetings is fine but after every meeting I have to do it this is annoying. I have reported this to customer support many times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With one PMI I just have my clients save it and when they want join my meeting room for a discussion and a screenshare. This saves me from back and forth emails to setup time and them meetup. RC meetings is a big time timesaver app for business professionals.

The inconsistency of the application. When utilizing the audio feature sometimes you are heard and sometimes you are not. Connection varies

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about ringcentral is that there is voice to text voicemails and auto dialing

I dislike the fact that their are multiple apps for the same tool and if you download the wrong one is screws everything up

I like that you can see who is in the meetings and when they have their mic on or are dialed in

The amount of dials you have to do just to log in to a meeting

Good app but features hidden

What do you like best about the product?
The app has a clean look and works well for the simple features like call, speaker, search contacts etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to find the more nuanced but necessary features like call forwarding and ring splash. Also, there are 3 different places to update settings. On the phone, on the desktop app, and on the portal. Difficult to know where to go to update something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Ring Central as a communications management tool.
