Quality service and suite of options

What do you like best about the product?
My end-users are able to mask their personal cell numbers and use integrated chat for inter-office communication. Fax options are very useful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bulk SMS functionality is not good, interface needs a lot of work for it to be useable. Extra cost for webinar option, only able to use a single camera source simultaneously during video meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing cost of services by using integrated chat and fax functions rather than paying for additional products. Video Pro accounts are used by many of my end-users for chat and video conference attendence.

What do you like best about the product?
The RingEX is most useful to communicate easily for HR domains; it's very helpful to reach out to the candidates. Our organization uses RingEx, which was very helpful in improving our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no downside. If we need to send a message to the candidate, we need to take a membership.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If I want to reach or communicate with someone over the call or message, RingEX is more helpful for reaching out to the candidates.

Cloud and AI capability with easy admin portal
What do you dislike about the product?
No Auto block for scam calls, AI could determine this easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved on-prem PBX and ease of assigning phone numbers.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about RingEX is the ability to monitor calls and listen back to recordings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the overall dashboard and how long it takes to navigate back and forth between tasks/actions. I don't think it's great for multitasking

What do you like best about the product?
Utilizing the queue, transfers are easy, and call from my computer and shows our company phone number rather than the direct line.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to text since a lot of our patients would rather that option.

Utilizing the queue feature has been awesome!

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about RingEX is its all-in-one unified communication system. It allows me to make and receive calls, send messages, hold video meetings, and manage voicemails all in one platform. The interface is user-friendly and works seamlessly across desktop and mobile devices. The call quality is consistently clear, and the integrations with tools like Microsoft Teams and Google Workspace save a lot of time. It’s especially helpful for remote teams, making collaboration smooth and efficient no matter where you are.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about RingEX is that the mobile app can sometimes be laggy or slow to sync with recent activity, especially when switching between devices. There are occasional glitches with call forwarding or voicemail notifications not appearing right away. While the platform is feature-rich, the number of settings and options can feel overwhelming at first, especially for new users. Some advanced features also require a bit of a learning curve or technical support to configure properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RingEX has solved the challenge of fragmented communication in our team. Before, we had to juggle between multiple apps for calls, messaging, and meetings. With RingEX, everything is centralized—voice, video, SMS, and team messaging—making it easier to stay connected and organized. It also helps manage remote work efficiently, allowing seamless communication across different locations and time zones. The ability to access the platform on both mobile and desktop ensures I never miss important updates or calls, which has improved our responsiveness and overall productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how user friendly it is. As well as its reliability. You can communicate without interruptions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the mobile app performance could be improved, as it occasionally lags. Another downside is their customer support, which hasn’t always been responsive or helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication. It helps me to stay connected, especially when working remotely
