Worthy one
What do you like best about the product?
Ring Central Video has excellent features like we can make international calls, with a high standard of quality and features. Although the budget is affordable, my experience with the Ring central is excellent overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have many complaints, but it would be great if they added more features, such as conference calls with more people and video recording.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company uses Ringcentral Video for customer conference calls and internal meetings for a small groups. We can make calls to countries that have subscribed with good quality.

Easy to Use Phone Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy of use, automatic upload to CRM (salesforce)
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to set up outgoing voicemail message

The ability to track phone calls and log activities directly into CRM
Stable Video calling solution
What do you like best about the product?
While working with Ringcentral I have not faced any challenges with perforamnce. Also the switch between the device feaure is seemless and my customers also dont need to install an application for the same.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no option for QnA for the hosted Webinars.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The option to share the links without hassel is helpful. Ringcentral also allows to connect to the call using the phone option which provides stable audio quality.

What do you like best about the product?
Mostly the same UX as Zoom but without some key functionality
What do you dislike about the product?
Lacking real-time translation options, occasionally problematic for non-users to use

One stop for phone and video calls. The video meeting calls are similar to Zoom

It's sometimes difficult for my clients to download and use.

I can quickly move between my desktop and my mobile device. I now have the freedom to take my calls on the road!
Not the first choice but not bad!

There is a lot more happening around the world then ever before, and RingCentral video brings all the necessary tools to connect with businesses and customers alike.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes RC does not work at all sepcially in the South Asian region where not only it's glitch-y but also the helpline doesn't offer a helpful solution either.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a consultant with companies like TruckX Inc, ringcentral's capability of integrating with key crm's and other business tools. It actually saves time by reducing the time putting each call's record on the crm as well.

What do you like best about the product?
RingCentral is an excellent tool for Video Calls

Not everyone has Ringcentral, so if you invite someone, they need to download, and it usually does not work properly

There are so many things to consider but the easy to text features and calling quality is really good. Even if there is any problem the customer service is always there to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well if we can improve the login problem it would be better as I said they always help us they are improving it. But the video quality is awesome and we are a lways using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are trying to improve the login issues and the connection problem as well. Well they are improving it and yes due to it we are having good experience using the product.

I have been using the service for a long time and I am very satisfied with it. It is reliable, easy to use, and has excellent connectivity, text, and video quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
We like the services overall. if they can work on price and better plans that will be excellent and can improve some login issues.

I'm able to connect with clients in the best way and have a great video quality that helps in getting the deal done.
One app with many benefits
What do you like best about the product?
There are probably a zillion things I could say about the positives of RingCentral. First of all there is a free version which most meeting space apps do not have and if they do they are very limited to what you can use. Secondly, you have the option of having up to 200 people in one meeting space. Also the idea that you can switch from device to device if you need to it's really cool. You also have the ability to upgrade to being an MVP and accessing dozens and dozens of more upgraded features but that doesn't mean that you have to. It makes for a great program to connect all of your people together in one app and you can even use your desktop
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside with any free app is that it is limited as to what you can use for free. Some of the pricing can be a tad bit on the higher side. It would be nicer if some of the higher end perks are made available for the free edition versus only the MVPs. With that being said I understand that everything cannot be free. Sometimes there are some connectability/possibly user error issues but overall those are the main issues I see so far
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RingCentral is solving the main issue that we had is that we have multiple either clients or staff that need to be in one place at one time yeah we're spread all over and we need a free easy portability way to do that. I've had someone be at the grocery store because of the timing of our meetings doing their shopping and still being able to attend an extremely important meeting. We've had a client calls for support groups and we have used it in Lou of other programs which seem so invasive I wanna know so much personal information
