Love this for conference/meeting calls.
What do you like best about the product?
Works great keeps everyone connected and it's easy to schedule.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it freezes, and you have to disconnect and recall in to get it unfrozen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like it better than teams, and zoom is hard to schedule.

My experience was good, but nothing extra stood out to me.
What do you like best about the product?
Their customer support is great. The wait time was fast and they were very polite and knowledgeable.
What do you dislike about the product?
My audio will randomly start getting quieter and quieter when I'm talking to people. I have seen this happen with other people I talk to as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's been great when working with a team. It's easy to use and easy to learn the functions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Most of the time it works great and I have no issues. The customer support team is great and friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
i love how convenient ring central is. Ringcentral allows me to share my screen when I need assistance with software.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike. It is fast and convenient. The vendor just sends me the meeting id, and I am able to connect with them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ring Central is great, and I am solving the issue of remote connection. Additionally, it allows me to share my screen.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
i highly suggest ring central. This is especially useful for healthcare support. For example, everytime, I have a software issue, ring central allows me to connect with customer support and show them exactly what issues I have.
Easy to use but lots of issues
What do you like best about the product?
Ring Central's platform looks exactly like Zoom, so if you typically use the Zoom platform, you'll find the ease of use with the video in Ring Central. They also have an easy app to utilize for the program on phones as well as desktops! There are breakout room features, chat features, and screen share features that help make meetings unique in nature for less cost than using Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are often glitches in the program, where it turns voices into sounding robotic, doesn't allow a screen share, or kicks participants off. These problems are challenging when presenting to a group.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RingCentral has allowed me to host virtual meetings with people anywhere, since it is able to be utilized on computers and smart phones. Teams are able to meet together for planning purposes, presentations, and sales pitches.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Prepare for glitches but overall it gets the job done!
Convenient and Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It shares many similarities with other applications of the video calling variety. It is easy to download, install, and use regularly. It is easy to send an invitation and join meetings with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I dislike is the lack of integration with other applications. It cannot, as far as I am aware, be integrated into outlook to allow calendar meeting creation for regularly planned meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a meeting solution I use personally and does everything I need it to do. I don't have to mess with settings, and joining meetings is smooth.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is an excellent alternative for users who do not need the integration features. If it had some of that, I would highly recommend it over other apps like zoom.
Company Communications using RingCentral
What do you like best about the product?
There are several productive features that RingCentral offers. One of the best features is being able to use app on your mobile device for audio and video calls and then transfer the call to your desktop app once in your in a stationary position.
What do you dislike about the product?
Administration privileges seem to be a bit restrictive thus making IT admins a bit more dependent on RingCentral support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication needs for internal and external contact are being fulfilled through RC Video. Being able to search for a co-worker in a large environment through typing their name or extension is a huge help. It offers IVR, call queue groups, and instant messaging.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
RingCentral is a great VOIP system in most ways. They have great features and are currently updating what they offer. They have a forum where you can recommend ideas to suit your company's needs.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use. I can organize and join the meeting organized by others. It has emojis, I can share files, pictures, etc. The most amazing thing is that I can connect it to my calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
Design, maybe they can work on it a little bit more to make it more interesting.

Im using it to organize and attend meeting and conference calls organized by others, Also sometimes I send files to my colleagues.
Great Messaging App for Work Environment
What do you like best about the product?
Comparable to Slack. Lots of helpful feature to aid in productive conversations. Integrated to voice and text.
What do you dislike about the product?
The latest version has scrolling issues. When you're typing, the other party's text does not scroll to the bottom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Glip brings the company onto a single platform
What do you like best about the product?
Because all the users of RingCentral automatically get a Glip account, there is instant adoption onto this collaboration platform
What do you dislike about the product?
While Glip has amazing functionality, many users have their preferred collaboration brand, and it's challenging to make the culture shift.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instant messaging and team messaging is a vital tool for any company, and Glip offers a streamlined way for a company to get on the same platform
Glip helps with quick communication between coworkers!
What do you like best about the product?
Glip has integrated phone calls, screen sharing, and video chat into its instant message system. It is so easy to communicate with my coworkers and manager in the necessary capacity ASAP. It is straightforward to use and has a mobile app with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been a few times where I did not receive a message notification or even receive the message until much later.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Emailing coworkers for issues before was so time-consuming; Glip saves so much time and creates ease for us. It has streamlined communication, and I can easily refer to conversations by searching the navigation bar to answer old questions.
