One of the worst video conferencing platforms I've used
What do you like best about the product?
When you download to your desktop it's very similar to Zoom
What do you dislike about the product?
If you join from the browser it's almost unuseable. The lag was awful, it had an echo and the camera stopped working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows video conferencing, but there are much better options.

Many reasons we love, especially while working in a hybrid environment!
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best... During the beginning of the pandemic, we were all sent home to work from home. We all have company cell phones, and many of us use them as our personal as well. Prior to working from home we also had phone lines at the office with extensions so needing to separate personal and work calls was much simpler when we usually did not have clients and vendors calling our cells so we needed to find a medium as we were now no longer in the office. Ring Central was a God-sent for this. We were able to get each of our employees a "Ring Central Number" they could log into and use during working hours either on their cell or home phone and were able to shut that off when the work day was done. It took the place of office phones and the dreaded extension nightmare when calling a company. If the person was unavailable on their Ring Central number, then a voicemail would pick up and peple could leave messages. I think one issue ours and many other companies had when transitioning to a WFH model was how do I separate my work from home life; this was something that really helped that and gave our staff the ability to stop work when their work day was done, they were on vacation, or even ill.
We also love the virtual meeting feature! We use it all the time, and this was also a semi-new territory to navigate during the pandemic as it was much less common to do virtual meetings then. It has been excellent! We do not have connection issues like we do with other services, we can break off into sub-groups, we can do group questions and surveys that are anonymous during meetings and more!!

What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I have not come across complaints. A great feature is that if someone does not have a Ring Central account they do not need to create one to join a meeting!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are so many! From private numbers to meetings, we have found that Ring Central is our one-stop-shop!
The ideal solution for business telecommunications
What do you like best about the product?
Very modern UI, ease of use, and easy ways of tracking customer calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Poor implementation with smartwatches. Notifications don't always come through to watches for calls or texts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RingCentral allows me to easily have a business phone number on my personal phone, eliminating the need to carry two phones on me at once. This doubles as a massive benefit to staying in touch with customers and management on-the-go.

What do you like best about the product?
It is an added feature we love about RingCentral. We have RingCentral phone lines and we use the app to use the RingCentral Video.

Sometimes if you do not have good internet or data connectivity, the video quality can be interrupted.

It is very easy to use and there is no additional fees

Most people are not familiar with it since other platforms are more popular, so it takes longer to download and get the meeting started.

It is reliable and helps people who are not in the office or need to colaborate.

Maybe just the numbers of email that they send ok your registered email. It's actually kinda bombarding

Well actually, a lot. Whenever we have meetings that needs to be done on ringcentral, it's conveniently done there.

It was basically like all the other apps for meetings.

The phone app doesn't come w backgrounds pre loaded have to download some.

Works very well for mobile and desktop needs.
What do you like best about the product?
It has been effortless to use and to deploy—simple user setup and installation. Since we already used Ring Central phones for voice, Video was easy to adopt.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since it is web-based there is some occasion that the picture does get delayed or the sound gets choppy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to have users install RC on their cell phones and use RC video instead of Facetime or Skype.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The program is very easy to use and has replaced multiple applications such as WebEx, Skype, and Facetime.
