What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the convenience of RingEX, as it enables me to have it with me at all times, regardless of whether I’m using a table phone or a desktop phone. This flexibility allows me to take it anywhere I go, making it integral to my daily routine and business operations. Additionally, the initial setup of RingEX was very easy, allowing me to get started without any hassle, which was a significant plus for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do get multiple boxes on my desktop, and I don't know how to make them close.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use RingEX all day on the go, eliminating the need for a desk phone and providing ease and convenience in communication.

Effortless Call Tracking with RingEX

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the dashboard in RingEX, which is incredibly effective and beneficial for my work. It allows me to see if my clients are receiving calls from new patients, which was something we struggled to track before, as we were only able to track call clicks earlier. This feature makes RingEX stand out, providing valuable insights that are essential for my reports. Additionally, the setup process was very easy, which helped me get started without any hassle. Overall, I enjoy using RingEX because I haven't found anything lacking or needing improvement in my current experience. The system meets my needs perfectly, making it a tool I trust to deliver accurate call tracking, something very important for my client's business. Given how satisfied I am, I would rate it a 10 out of 10 for recommending to others.

I use RingEX to track client calls, showing how many calls they get, especially from new patients. The dashboard simplifies call tracking beyond click counts.

Easiest VoIP System with Seamless Integration and Customization

What do you like best about the product?
As far as VoIP systems go, this one is by far the easiest to use, and integrates nicely regardless if I am on my laptop, mobile phone or desktop. Seemless logging in process, and easy to use setting makes this by far one of the best on the market. I also enjoy being able to customize phone lines, who can receive which phones calls from a specific line. Overall, I prefer this program from others that my agency has used in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any huge complaints. The system seems to run very well and does not give us a whole lot of issues. From time to time I may have any issue with my audio, but its easily troubleshooted, and its usually the result of a windows update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the issue of recording calls. The system is set by our administrators to record any inbound phone call, and there is a separate application to record outbound phone calls. I am not fond of the separate application but its simple and easy to use. Just took a couple days to remember to use the separate application for call recording.

I appreciate the stability of RingEX's platform, which is the most appealing aspect for me. The robust stability ensures that the system requires fewer labor hours for support, effectively preventing revenue loss when sites go down and cannot perform crucial functions like making phone calls or scheduling appointments. This stability is essential as it facilitates seamless operations, reducing downtime and enhancing overall performance. Furthermore, the initial setup of RingEX was easy, which is another significant advantage. The platform's stability was likely a critical factor in the decision to switch to RingEX, suggesting an understanding of its importance. Additionally, with a perfect score of 10 in terms of recommending RingEX to others, it's clear that my experience with the platform has been highly favorable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support tends to be not the best, even though we have advanced support, which makes it a little bit easier. Historically, RingCentral's out-of-country support is less than desirable.

RingEX enhances dependability and stability, reducing labor hours for support and preventing revenue loss when sites are operational.

What do you like best about the product?
It is SO user-friendly and SO easy to scale
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly have not found a feature that I do not like or that causes bugs yet!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a very reliable & fairly-priced VOIP system that WE can actually access and customize to our needs, rather than having to hire 3rd party technicians or go to the vendor every time we need something (and potentially/usually being told "no, we can't do that for you" even if we have done our research and KNOW that they technically can).

What do you like best about the product?
I find RingEX to be quite easy to use, which is a significant advantage for me. This ease of use ensures that interacting with the tool does not require extensive training or a steep learning curve, making it accessible both to new users and to those like me who may not use it heavily but still need to navigate it efficiently for necessary tasks. Moreover, the initial setup of RingEX proved to be pretty straightforward, adding to the overall user-friendly experience. This simplicity in setup and operation is vital, as it minimizes the time spent on configuration and allows more focus on the core activities it supports or enhances.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it difficult to navigate the admin UI, which seems a bit challenging to maneuver around. Additionally, getting a hold of customer service or tech support is problematic, causing delays in resolving issues.

What do you like best about the product?
The task manager enables me to monitor workflows across different departments and teams effectively. The meeting features are exactly what we need to maintain momentum on the business side. I really enjoy the chat functionality, and the GIFs add a fun, lighthearted touch. Having access to a wide range of phone and IVR options allows us to keep growing without ever missing a call.

Customer support is a phone call or ticket away. Always friendly and thorough.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, when I check off recurring tasks, they do not reappear as expected. This issue can be frustrating when trying to keep track of ongoing responsibilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, we managed phone calls using a smaller site that offered fewer accessible features. With RingEx, our team is now able to stay coordinated and work together on a single platform.
