Very Convenient
What do you like best about the product?
I like that ringcentral fax lets me scan and fax electronically, while scanning my documents it enables me to store the document in the clouds. It really simplifies my work load.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although it's convenient, there are times where I do have to reattempt the fax multiple times for the fax to actually go through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency.
Ring Central for teleconferences and weekly meeting.

This service provides excellent digital and mixed media resources for weekly meetings.

The app for the phone service is spotty and sometimes fails.

Keeps colleagues in touch with good audio and sound quality.
Fax software, it's works, nothing fancy
What do you like best about the product?
Yup, it just works. Import a doc, type the number, hit send. Nice to use software instead of standing over a machine, waiting for it to finish. Nice that everyone, via their DID, gets their own fax number, no looking through every received fax to figure out who it's for.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you use the RingCentral app, you already know it's kind of a mess. A bunch of things crammed into one, vague icons, just not the easiest to maneuver around in.

A perfect fit for our needs
What do you like best about the product?
I like best that it allows us to not actually have to use a physical fax machine. We can just upload PDFs and it will fax it where it is needed without us having to actually print the document, walk over to the fax machine (which is far from my office). It reduces interruptions into the flow of what i'm doing. Love that there are tons of cover sheets to choose from as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found that they don't always go through but that's the same with any fax machine. Nothing else really comes to mind that I disklike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prevents interruptions in my day from having to get up and walk over to our actual fax machine. I like that my phone, texts and fax are all in one hub. When faxes come in, it goes to my email which is where I spend a good amount of my day already.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
use it with all of their other products is even better. The phone, texting, meetings etc.. I use it on the softphone on my computer so EVERYTHING is in one place and it's great.

Their easy sign up and use of procduct.
What do you dislike about the product?
They have the worst implementation & support of any saas product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Voip, and organizing a central phone system.

Use another platform, god forbid you have an issue.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can fax right from my desk and communicate with my coworkers easily

I have no complaints, ring central is great for offices.

I am able to tell who is on the phone easily, I can send a text instead of calling.
Best option for it's simplicity
What do you like best about the product?
RingCentral is super easy to use. You don't need to sign up for a third party storage system in order to save your recorded calls. It's an all in one service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer service, although not bad, don't seem to really understand the system. Our biggest complain is the actual service itself. It is spotty, calls drop, calls don't come in, calls go directly to voicemail so you never have a chance to answer the phone. RC doesn't seem to have a fix for this as this is something that has been going on for years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking calls. As humans, we make mistakes and the call recording helps us make sure we are doing everything we can to minimize mistakes. The app is an all in one app which makes it super easy to manage.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Allow 1-2 months for setup and learning the system. Contact customer service every time you experience a technical issue.

It is a clear interface and had good customer service when I called about an issue

It's a little bit difficult to understand how to check texts/voicemails etc

Simple Phone Services
What do you like best about the product?
I find the Ring Central phone services to be simple and easy to use. The more I learn about the software, the happier I become.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is difficult to understand the directions for a specific task but the help function is most helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since Ring Central is a VOIP phone system, we do not need to pay for a land line since it is all based on the internet.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Much better than a land line.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to call your clients without having an additional phone to use was greet . I could call my clients and not have to worry about exposing my personal phone number . Having the ability to review messages via couponing
