Detailed documentation, user-friendly, Different workspaces.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be beneficial to include additional integration steps, as i often find myself defining custom steps but it's not a big issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have automated redundant threat intelligence tasks with torq by designing workflows which gets triggered by our on-prem SIEM using step runner which is great as torq is SaaS based solution.

What do you like best about the product?
For the past 5 years i have been using Torq and to be sincere it has really been of great help. It impresses me with its great and exceptional performance, reliability and minimal bugs thus making it a standout tool for daily use.

What do you dislike about the product?
One of the challenges is that Torq has a steep learning curve so it can be a bit confusing for new beginners. In fact, it requires users to be well-trained on how to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like how Torq responds quickly to any threat to ensure no damage occur on your data in case of a cyber attack. Also, it has the ability to connect with other third-party applications and stacks with much ease.

What do you like best about the product?
It is one of the easiest installatiom, Cyber Security platform which ensures the safety and security issues to not occur. It has everything automated and is a no code low code platform and incase any incident occurs it helps to respond to tjem quickly so that there is no damage which occurs and helps in email security as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It should have a better technical documentation so that even a Non-Tech person can understand it can also hire good technical support people who have more clarity on how to serves and help the clients and end users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If there is something fishy happening in the network or some kind of problem then it helps a lot to detect them quickly and helps to mitigate them. It has an amazing response time by which the reources don't have to waste multiple man hours to check that whether there are any anomolies in the network and once an alert pops in then only the resource has to resolve it and thereby increases productivity. and security.

What do you like best about the product?
Outstanding software in the area of cybersecurity, with very complete workflow automation capabilities, easy to install and use, you can handle the entire security issue in a safe and effective way. It also provides excellent options for email security, the responses to incidents are fast and always provide good solutions. The responses are automatic, you only have to make configurations and that's it, the possibility of integrating chatbots with instant messaging applications, I want to highlight Slack.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little technical information about the product, few training options, and a support team lacking in ideas to provide solutions to problems that arise within the platform. Excessive costs compared to other similar cybersecurity services. Other issues focused on software configuration from first download to initial implementation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very useful for the detection of anomalies within networks, it has proven to be reliable in automating all workflows that we cover within the organization, it is a program that also allows auditing and account management specifically talking about the security of the same. Quick responses to all threats that arise, it also allows us to orchestrate the entire cloud security system that we implement in our systems.

ROI like whoa, but prepare for a some features learning curve and a hefty price tag. but its good for me

Torq tackles head-on the biggest challenge in modern security for my company. Automating complex process at scale. Think of it as a Ferrari for your security ops - powerful, but not for everyone. Still, if you're serious about kicking security butt, torq is worth the ride.

Torq excels in discovering, linking and automating a wide array of business and IT tasks. Its smooth integration with various suytems make it's setup straightforward and it effortlessly adapts to any environment. The process of creating new work flows is quick and uncomplicated. Moreover, Torq can manage substantial volumes of data.

While there is nothing as if to dislike about the product, but users may encounter a learning curve when getting acquainted with this product.

The product smoothly integrates with a variety of third-party applications, enhancing our security operations. This capability results in swift detection and response to security incidents.

Their support is very engaging, constantly adding new features and integrating with existing toolset is straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is sometimes requried to get acquainted with the "torq" way of implementing logical flows for someone who comes from code background.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Stopped maintaining bunch of lambda functions and debug code, especially when new team members onboarded it is much easier to get them in the loop and start using it than to dig into proprietary code base.
Anomalies are no longer a problem, implement Torq in your company.
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface of Torq.io is amazing I love all the functions to which I have access, setting a penalty timer is very simple, it is possible to configure workflow templates with variable times, the integration with CloudFlare for command management is very complete. By integrating with slack I can detect anomalies for example in messages, obtaining the IP address of the anomaly and a lot of information for network blocking. The service directly blocks the addresses that contain harmful elements and eliminates them, always executes the same route, it is very easy to configure and implement, it is possible to obtain statistics where we can see if the IPs that have been analyzed represent a threat, everything is organized in such a way that we can detect if the IP is harmless or malicious, I think the program is essential for computer security.
What do you dislike about the product?
The information about errors on the website does not always provide the solution, I have had to resort to consultations with external agents to solve problems within the platform, I think the support team should take more seriously the solutions for users. On some occasions when I have wanted to recover an event, it tells me that the Token to the carrier is not valid, I don't know what I am doing wrong, I hope for a solution. Importing workflows from another account can be the most complicated task if you are not familiar with the program, they only use one format and it is very ambiguous.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, we provide services in web technology and mobile technology, as well as server configuration and administration, so we always face situations where some malicious software wants to solve our security and that of our users, or wants to harm the projects we work on, with Torq.io we have managed to detect all software that may be harmful, channel and remove it, maintaining a secure network for all our workflow.
