What do you like best about the product?
This product is really good at meeting our requirements for active blocking of malware and other threats which makes sure our company data is secure even after work hours. It is the best in malware detection for our operating systems and it easily finds threats with its quick network analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much. Torq has, for as long as I have been using it, continued to provide the most sophisticated and secure protection platform on the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We get an amazing amount of control over the security policies in place for our different types of devices, protects us from all the network threats that are out there and ransomware is completely blocked while we work and interact with the web.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s proactive threat protection option is very useful and the weekly and monthly scan reports can be scheduled and automated and the network logs are very descriptive which helped us build a very effective firewall function as we get data from many sources and protect our devices from ransomware which could be so harmful to our data.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me I have been using this threat protection platform at work for our company environment without any downsides. It is ideal if you want a reliable solution that does the job well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is doing a perfect job providing great protection against network threats with its ability to analyze logs quickly preventing users from downloading suspicious apps. If there is ever an immediate threat, it provides real-time notifications and very effective remediation methods.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a solid malware protection tool that allows us to schedule routine scanning of the network and it’s notifications when it detects a threat is very satisfactory to us and this has saved us from very potential threat situations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel very satisfied with this tool, there is not anything that needs to be modified at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefit is that it keeps us notified whenever there is a threat and helps monitor the security status of the whole network, apply different security policy for each device and provides an extensive array of firewall features for server and endpoint workstations.

What do you like best about the product?
The program has the best intrusion prevention modules that eliminate network threats before they attach to our network and it offers a very streamlined process of doing different firewall configurations and defining rules for information security.
What do you dislike about the product?
I never had an issue with this program and its been more reliable that its competitors securing our network very well within preferences we have set.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The program detects traffic coming through our HTTP port and can effectively block it if its malicious. It’s great that we have protection with Torq for threats and malware so our data is safe and never exposed to malicious websites.

What do you like best about the product?
Investigations of network alerts has become so easy with Torq because it checks for critical vulnerabilities across the whole network and addresses them on priority. The automatic remediation actions against the alerts generated greatly helps us secure all the layers of our gateways in one go.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some cases we require to take help from Torq support team to enable integration with some third party tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Torq has been instrumental in enhancing our incident response process by providing clear insights into multiple facets of incidents. It makes threat investigation more efficient so we are able to provide adequate protection to our computers and mobile devices.
