Automate your company's entire security infrastructure.
What do you like best about the product?
The software is simple, and the interface is easy to understand, I like the customization of the input panel especially the dark mode, I think it gives a lot of personality to the program. The data transformation options are exceptional I think Torq is doing an excellent job in this section, the implementation and installation is very easy to do, and the support team has been friendly with any concerns of features about the software. Options such as drag and drop are a lot of fun and I love being able to perform these actions, frequent use of opportunities to create powerful workflows and automation make it a very complete tool throughout its structure. It can be used on a daily basis as it detects threats in real time, at all times the anomalies are controlled.
What do you dislike about the product?
The modality they offer for the demo tests are not the best, they do not provide many options for a complete test of the program, the integrations are scarce, it would be very useful a cell phone application where we could manage all the threats, little information about the program, it would be very useful to have access to educational material to better understand the program, it is very simple, but I think they can improve the whole operation of the program in general.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a company designed to provide advanced technological services, in our case we needed a tool that would provide us with computer security at all times, so we decided to hire Torq and I must say that we are very satisfied with the operations and services provided, in our area development of web applications and websites we have been able to shield security all our projects obtaining a better customer confidence at all times, the detection of anomalies and elimination of the same are the main reasons for hiring security services, automation of the protection of all our servers and obtaining quality data has benefited us a lot. It has also allowed us to detect obsolete accounts and deactivate them, as well as requests to users to validate suspicious activities that we detect in their environment, the integration with chatbot for customers support is another important point we have.

Sometimes working with Torq as a third party does not perform us the option to sync with our system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Supply the ability for third-party vendors to get our alerts and perform actions without giving them access to our env.

What do you like best about the product?
First and foremost, the Torq team has outstanding customer service. Not only from the quality of the support interaction they provide, but the responsiveness is amazing as well. Combine outstanding customer service with an agile automation workflow creation process and you have a winning combination. Our team was able to quickly integrate the Torq platform into our environment and start creating numerous automation workflows in minimal time, reducing many tasks that were previously laborious and time intensive to completely automated, freeing up time for the team to focus on other items.
If your organization is looking for a straightforward automation platform that is capable of integrating with virtually anything in your environment, and you value outstanding customer service who cares about your success, then Torq is the obvious choice.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't call it a "dislike" necessarily, but there is a learning curve to understand the required operators when building out an automation workflow. The process doesn't use a strict coding language, but it does require you to understand the various elements (language) required to build out the automation steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Torq has enabled our organization to automate numerous processes that were once manual and time-intensive processes. Specifically, Torq has been integrated into our email security stack and is providing automated phishing remediation. Through the ease of workflow construction, we were able to build out a robust and fully automated phishing remediation process that just simply works. Torq has also integrated with ServiceNow to provide automated ticket generation and tracking. All of these automation tasks add up and allow our team to focus on more important tasks by removing time-intensive and repetitive tasks.

Easy tools to get used to, and the training does not require much time. There are no issues with the functions, and the technical aspects are amazing.

The low-code environment is easy to use for mid-level security engineers, and it allows senior security engineers to employ code, making the tool both easy to use for most, and powerful for power-users.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Torq automates security-related work so we can get much more done with the same number of people. Examples include
- Automatically blocking attacks at the WAF, with no human involvment;
- Monitoring Okta, GitHub, Jenkins, etc for administrative changes, and alerting Security when they happen;
- Enriching endpoint incident alerts with more meaningful data than the native application provides;
- Getting end-users to complete security and infoSec tasks.

Great customer support & works with many different API's
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of automating procedures for phishing playbooks to help remediate affected accounts
What do you dislike about the product?
Fewer steps to create playbooks would be helpful; the number of steps can be tedious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating the triage process of when users in the company click on phishing links saves plenty of time. It does help me be more productive as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have no yet found something I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am fully automating my IAM processes, going to as little as 2 analysts for managing more than 25k users. Made my life SUPER EASY.
Also my TI enhancements are SUPER EASY NOW.
Third is my Cloud Security posture. I can actually take action on WIZ results.
