What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to integrate, reliable, and provides a solid chat infrastructure with good documentation and support
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced features require additional setup, and the pricing can be high for growing apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us provide reliable in-app messaging without building everything from scratch. It improves user engagement and communication efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
Active and fast support
Even if it wasn't the top priority, I was able to receive a response within a few hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there were instances where there was content not in the Docs or the actual situation was different from what was in the Docs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to solve the inconvenience of having to make or receive calls when consulting with agents about properties. We achieved the result of increasing the conversion rate of inquiries.

Rock-Solid Stability and Support—Sendbird Delivers Year After Year

What do you like best about the product?
The sendbird functions is very stable. We have been using it for 7 years, and we have honestly spent very little time fixing or maintaining it since launch. The pricing stays the same for 8 years, which is a big help for us. And this year, we had to deal with a terrible financial situation, which required massive expense-cutting. Sendbird's CS team helped us find a solution we could continue using, with some cost savings. Really appreciate everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any negative experience with Sendbird :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We built up an internal msg platform within our product and Sendbird helped us to build that solution, and the product works very well.

Reliable out of the box chat solution with easy support and friendly pricing

What do you like best about the product?
Sendbird makes it easy to deliver a complete in-app chat experience. Many features that would be effort intensive to build are available out of the box. This has helped our users connect with each other seamlessly, as we operate a two sided marketplace where users often need to coordinate with one another.

The support team is another standout. They’re quick to debug issues, suggest code improvements, and guide us on stability and scalability best practices. We’ve also found the commercials flexible, which is a big plus for a startup like ours. We can scale usage as the business grows without being locked into rigid pricing.

Overall, the big plus points are: simple integration, stable SDKs, and strong feature set.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the solution is solid, our team needs to stay vigilant. The occasional monitoring and upgrades are important to keep everything running smoothly. Documentation cannot cover everything in a real-world implementation scenario for a unique business like ours, and certain edge cases require extra care. It’s not a dealbreaker, but we have to be proactive in keeping the integration healthy, and perhaps also have a developer who is fluent with the integration and can step in for quick resolution when required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sendbird solves the challenge of othewise building and maintaining a reliable in-app chat at scale. Instead of us spending technical bandwidth on building and maintaining a messaging layer from scratch, we were able to divert that towards building core product differentiators - while we rely on Sendbird for messaging as they've proven themselves and perfected this over the years.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Sendbird is that it made things really easy for me to integrate and use. The real-time messaging feels smooth, and I enjoy how features like read receipts and typing indicators make conversations feel more natural. It helps me focus on building a better experience without stressing about the technical side.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Sendbird is that sometimes the documentation can feel a bit overwhelming, and a few advanced features take extra time to figure out. It would be nice if the setup for those was a little more straightforward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sendbird is solving the problem of building reliable, real-time messaging without having to create everything from scratch. For me, that means I can add chat features quickly and confidently, ensuring smooth conversations for users while saving a lot of development time and effort.

What do you like best about the product?
Sendbird makes integrating real-time chat / messaging functionality remarkably smooth. Their SDKs for mobile and web are well-documented and flexible, letting us get up-and-running fairly quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve. While the basics are straightforward, more advanced features (custom UI, complex moderation rules, scaling channels) require more effort and sometimes more engineering / front-end work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It removes the heavy lift of building real-time messaging from scratch. We didn’t have to build our own server infra or worry about reliable delivery across devices.

What do you like best about the product?
We've been using Sendbird at Stacked to power real-time chat between creators and fans. The SDKs are reliable, the documentation is clear, and the integration process was seamless. We were able to go live quickly without needing to build messaging infrastructure from scratch. Their support team is also super responsive and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest challenge we faced was the learning curve around message threading and moderation APIs. It took some time to fully optimize for our unique UX needs. The pricing can also get steep as usage scales, so budget planning is important.

Sendbird helps us deliver seamless real-time communication between fans and creators on our platform. Instead of spending months building and scaling our own chat infrastructure, we were able to integrate Sendbird quickly and focus on building user-facing features.
