What do you like best about the product?
The Entire process of Business Process Creation as well as Management was simplified and Provided a Head start owing to the Already available...

Iam good with everything. I don't have any dislikes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes development easy and quick. It has got good frameworks like smart disputes, customer process management used especially in the banking

What do you like best about the product?
Pega allows us to leverage the different tools we have to create a common interface based on processes, reducing the complexity of our application landscape, saving time and improving the customer experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
We do not have the ability to leverage models built in common modeling standards, requiring us to rebuild everything in the proprietary Pega environment. This creates rework and opportunities for misunderstanding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have greatly improved our Customer Service capabilities by harmonizing the tools and allowing agents to focus on customer problems, not searching a myriad of systems for supporting information. We are dispatching technicians more appropriately, creating faster response times and better customer outcomes.

What do you like best about the product?
Offers a legitimate multichannel engagement platform to manage existing customers and present offers for potential new customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
the sales process was light on resources that understood operations, plenty of typical sales approaches and generalized claims.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
providing consistent experiences for agents and customers. Reduced channel hopping, by customers, to find better answers or offers.

Test automation is an uphill battle against embedded iframes

My company is able to deliver workable software that meets roughly 90% of customer needs in a relatively quick time frame

Benefits of Pega include being able to complete the task at hand and sort data

I would at least try and see if you like it. If you are looking for something new and a way to manage process its worth investigating

Well laid out and easy to administer things such as User Management, deployments and general maintenance

Growth for Pega platform as product and wide variety of components in Pega gives more soffisticated options to business users and the product always promote build for change
What do you dislike about the product?
Architecture model of monolithic design that loads entire product stack creates heavy load on servers to bare the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflow process is best in Pega platform. And CRM process are quite advanced.
