    What do you like best about the product?
    I find it incredibly versatile and user-friendly, it offers powerful tools for streamlining processes and enhancing productivity. Hence, this can also be used by non programming people as it is easier to learn rather than using tradional programming in building applications.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    But on the other side, I've noticed that the learning curve for some of the more advanced features, will take time to master. Also there is a limitation in terms of documentation.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It automates task efficiently which added to enhance customer engagement that benefits the user for easier and improve decision making.

    What do you like best about the product?
    We have been using Pega platform to help automate the finance operations and reduce the time-consuming manual activities and processes. We found it easy to monitor the RPA execution and the consolidated data reports that it presents gives clear insights.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Pega's filtering capabilities on custom dashboards is very limited, the custom search results can be improved. It is also a bit complex to setup.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It has benefitted us by automating our transactional, redundant tasks and cutting down our manual activities. The setup of workflows and monitoring has become easier to say the least.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Kind of low code plateform for developing the business process workflow and capturing the complex business process flow. A good platform for application developement and it has interactive visual builder and drag and drop feature.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Without proper traing it is bit difficult to understand for SME's and customer support is bit slow.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Streamling business process management, operational efficiency and improves business process outcomes.

    Its a low code platform where all the required fields or properties comes with pre coded which helps to build applications faster.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The integration to other environments and the resources to learn pega at outside market place is less compared to other technologies

    We have a project where the physical data need to be converted to digital as a part of digitialzation and we have using pega for the digitialzation process

    Being helpful for handling business cases for different industries, and involve the actors with smooth journey for the case lifecycle.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Nothing major but human brain is most intelligent due to which we feel free things are missed out like simplifying few integrations
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It is an BPM tool, so eventually solves all problems faced related to it.
