Simple User Friendly Platform For Creating Amazing Analytics Of User Activity Seamlessly
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to create charts by simply selecting the event name and other properties, and it is easy to export as CSV and PDF.
Implementing it with the application is easy by simply giving the event name and a few properties and works well while integrated with the code without taking much effort in code execution.
Once the event is emitted the change is reflected in the graph within a few minutes also the application can handle a very high frequency of user activities without any trouble.
In case of doubts customer support is there to respond within a short period.

What do you dislike about the product?
Once the event is emitted without the user properties, the event is stored as used by none and I could not figure out a way to change it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude is helping me track the user activity on various features of our application which gives us insight into the importance of various features. By tracking the session time and log in counts we are able to assume the time and frequency of user activity and it also helps scale the application and giving importance on the features which are mostly used.

What do you like best about the product?
I use it to carry out a successful process of analyzing the performance of my content in real time, where I can investigate and collaborate for future business, support is one of the fundamental factors for Amplitude to have that potential aspect that characterizes it so much. These insights allow you to quickly identify which content is performing well and which needs adjustments, since I've been using it sales have increased, raising the possibility of modifying the marketing process at my convenience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like it very much for its capabilities, I have nothing against this program, so beneficial for the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has really integrated into the marketing execution and planning processes to achieve an incentive to make decisions thanks to its analysis of markets and events, in turn we can progress in terms of follow-up of prospects to take profits thanks to its participation. It is excellent in the area of marketing, behavior and demographic characteristics, due to the fact that they will be able to achieve through the exhaustive analysis of different market styles a positive projection for their companies.

Great Self-Serve Analytics Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude Analytics is a huge unlock for my company, which has over 500 users a month gaining value from Amplitude Analytics and Amplitude Audiences. The combination of both creates a valuable feedback loop, where stakeholders can use Analytics to understand their product, create marketing campaigns to improve usage, and understand how the campaigns impacted the bottom line.
Amplitude's self-serve nature is crucial both for enabling non-technical users to get value from our data, as well as for saving time for data scientists and other technical users. Data scientists love that Amplitude makes it easy to create dashboards so that they can dig deep spending their time on complex custom analyses

It can be buggy. The team moves fast, consistently releasing new features, and this often introduces bugs in existing functionality

It frees up resources: non-technical users can self-serve to gain insights, and technical users save time using Amplitude instead of writing custom queries
Amplitude is a great tool for creating really fast dashboards and for realtime website data.

What I really like is that we can create dashboards in a really easy and fast way.

That the information cannot be grouped into more than two filters and that nothing stores into a database, so the calculatins are like a blackbox.

Is helping on solving funnels and dropoff rates, in terms to analyze the data that all of our website.

What do you like best about the product?
I use it every day, couldn't live without it. I have probably created 1000 segmentation and funnel charts over the last few years of amplitude. Quick, easy tools, critical for understanding broadly "what's happening in my product?" Love the active use % rate and engagement matrix.

What do you dislike about the product?
Our taxonomy internally had to be compressed to very generic event names because we had too many events and hit our billing limit. Now events are distinguished by custom properties, but this means they are impossible to read on charts e.g. "workflow:started where screen=dashboard" is all you get - keeping in mind we have TENS of events where this could be true. The current workaround is using custom event names but this is still a ton of clicking.
I also want sankey diagrams. Some funnels branch in multiple places and the current linear view is not helpful.

Understanding feature performance after launch - is it actually reaching users? Are they doing what we intended them to do? Who are our user personas?

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about amplitude is the amount of data it's able to process. A lot of complex analysis & calculation can be done easily on Amplitude.
Also whenever we have faced an issue, the customer support from amplitude has been fast & prompt.

Maybe user interface can be a bit easier.

What do you like best about the product?
As a product manager, Amplitude gives me the tools and ability to simply yet powerfully understand user behavior, engagement, and performance on our products.The product is quick to learn how to use and has very repeatable patterns throughout that makes it easy to perform different forms of analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because Amplitude gives the user so much power to slice up data it's important to keep in mind that it is possible to massage the data to tell whatever story you'd like. More something to be cognizant of rather than a product issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude helps me perform behavioral analytics, key metric motnitoring and tracking, and experimentation analysis. These are all key functions and responsibilities within my role as a Product Manager
