A Data-Driven Success Across Several Companies
What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude is incredibly scalable and integrates smoothly with composable technologies, especially CDPs. It provides quick access to actionable insights, accelerating the value businesses get from their data investments. It enables teams to easily derive insights and make informed decisions, making data accessible to all team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s little to dislike about Amplitude—it's transparent and well-focused. However, I am cautious about the broadening of their product suite into non-analytic areas (like CDP and experimentation). My hope is that this expansion won’t slow down innovation within their core analytics and reporting tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude democratizes data, making it accessible to everyone across an organization. It ensures consistency in reporting, empowers collaboration, and helps teams make data-driven decisions faster.
Amplitude Review
What do you like best about the product?
It provides a really simple and seamless way of obtaining an overview for content specifically impressions and engagement which is a really important analytic for our team to chart
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little complicated- reminds me of coding where if one part of your input is off the entire output is skewed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How can we effectively monitor and share our analytics with our teams that provide mutiple ways of viewing. it helps us to pull analytics for multiple uses- following engagement and impressions and even who is commenting on our posts for user giveaways
This is better than New Relic
What do you like best about the product?
THe UI is way easier to query the data when compared with other solutions
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the documentation for external integrations needs more content
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Very complete analytics tool
What do you like best about the product?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using Amplitude to track all of our data, from clicks to visits etc, we like that you can integrate it with other tools and send events via API as well
Amplitude is a fun puzzle game that gives more insights than you could ever hope for.
What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude offers so many insights, so much data, if used correctly it simplifies hunting down specific user streams, and different interactions with our platform. What I appreciate the most is that I don't have to create charts literally from scratch, because there are too many moving parts which I might make a mistake with - if I create one good chart and cover all my bases, I can reuse, copy and readjust endlessly.
Most notably, to me, Amplitude is like a fun puzzle, I thoroughly enjoy experimenting and digging up new features and new insights into our users' engagement on our platform.

What do you dislike about the product?
The more you learn about what Amplitude can do and how much you find out you'd have use for, the more often it happens that something is either too manual to achieve, or perhaps sometimes impossible with current features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude is helping us answer very important questions on a regular basis - who uses our product, how much is our product used, which specific features are performing well and which not so much, what are our targets for improving our product, or for supporting our users and giving them direction.
Amplitude Analytics is easy to use and have great features but little costly to setup
What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude got very intriguing user interface and customizable dashboars which can be used. It also provide flexibility in terms of choosing type of 3rd party tools we want to connect with it or which programming language we need. It also provide a detailed documentation which is easy to go through and set up the system and a good customer support which is availble to help. Also not for forget about real time data collection and event tracing which helps alot in getting insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think, for new startups and not that well eastablished ones , it can be little costly to set up. Also, the process of giving permissions to additional users could take some time as its little complex. There are also few advanced features which might not be that simple to set up and use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude is one of the best platform to use for getting insights about our product and how users interact with it. It helped us understanding which all locations our product is being used, how much it is being used, whats the normal traffic and how much new users we are getting. Also help in understanding what most of the users uses, how they prefer to go through our product and what intrigues them the most and where they feel issues, which helps in redesigning the product and making it more preferable among users.

Pro-level Product Analytics with off-the-chart Support
What do you like best about the product?
The involvement of the full customer support & development team behind Amplitude ensures that your path to adoption and VALUE taken from its usage is successful in the short term. I honestly have yet to see a cloud-based solution/platform that dedicates itself to your succesful adoption like Amplitude. Webinars, office hour sessions, pre-recorded traininings, power user showcases, Slack community, wow, it provides a much needed degree of assurance for you to get your feet and hands deep into an innevitable complex solution.
It is easy to implement and integrates pretty easily with pretty much any data streams you may have in your company, allowing you to slice and dice your server-side and/or client-side data with ease. The reporting flexibility used to actually back-fire due to the inherent complexity in the subject matter of this CDP'ish product analytics platform, but with it's newly released UI [August, 2024], Amplitude places it's signature advanced product analytics tools on par with GA4 in regards to ease of use, without sacrificing its data manipulation and reporting strengths.

What do you dislike about the product?
The inherent complexity of the reporting capabilities may prove to be overwhelming at times, that said though, Amplitude has been making strong advancements in organizing their reporting structure and providing a more intuitive UI that allows the user to easily navigate thu pre-established reporting templates and still allow you to dig into the complex reports if you want/need to.
