Pretty good! Need to improve on-boarding experience

What do you like best about the product?
Parameter feature like developer experience is convenient and appreciated! the visualization which could be broken down into details is easy to track down users.
What do you dislike about the product?
the Onboarding experience is a pain, there are a lot of things you could do with amplitude, but at first, it's confused to know where to start, it might be helpful to have a step by step guided tour with different use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Behavior analysis with product. Getting more and detailed understanding on users.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about amplitude is the thousand different layers, cross-data, conversions and custom formulas that you can use to analyze user behaviour
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime the support is a bit slow, but on other side we rarely have a problem
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1) Constant update of key metrics (once you create a dashboard you follow it forever) 2) Taking decisions both in product & marketing 3) Easy to onboard new team members by going through amplitude

What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude is great when you have set up your events correctly. I love using the funnel analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
It'd be amazing if Amplitude wasn't as reliant on the company to set up a proper event architecture. I've used another tool in the past that all you had to do was enter a line of code and it tracked everything (even retroactively).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Amplitude to help identify where customers fall out of our funnel. This has helped me figure out where to focus my user research efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
The product is so easy to use that even folks who don't normally work with data in our organization are comfortable hopping in and getting adhoc questions answered themselves.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more content and material out there to take me from an intermediate to advanced user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving customer acquisition through our sign up and enrollment flow. We've been able to easily identify where we're losing users and what the most pressing issues are, which helps with prioritization.

Complicated instrumentation at Enterprise when I was at Rally Health (UHG company)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Product launch, workflow discovery. Most benefits around ease of exploration without committing to a dashboard view.

Clarity on what and how to improve important product metrics to increase retention

What do you like best about the product?
I have always had so many questions about how actual users are behaving in our system. Building a B2B product means that our interactions with the customer are limited to the administrators who deploy the system to their employees. It's difficult to get direct feedback or an understanding of how the individual users actually utilize the system or if they are finding value. With Amplitude, we are not able to understand and answer critical questions about how users behave with our system.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is A LOT of functionality in Amplitude that I'm sure is extremely valuable. However, it's not the most intuitive to run analytics or drill into the data without deep diving instructions on how to do so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to understand why users do not engage with the system regardless of the campaigns HR administrators run to engage their employees. We build a lot of aspirational features to help employees "realize their potential" but don't really understand if we are realizing that vision. With Amplitude, we've been able to identify small wins, points of friction in fundamental workflows that have increased engagement and retention.

What do you like best about the product?
Once we launched Amplitude our team started having real conversations about priorities, OKR and our roadmap. I can't recommend Amplitude enough, it easy to use, their pricing model lets you add as many users as you need. This spread a data driven culture like wildfire.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some small ease of use enhancements that I would like them to work on, but they are so minor compared to the benefits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Amplitude to answer questions like:
- What should we work on?
- What feature should we depreciate or invest less in?

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that its really easy and intuitive to visualize a ton of data. You don't need to be an analytics expert to be able to see the basics of your conversion funnel, main customer segments, etc. Also really appreciate that they're constantly adding new features and functionality! Really been liking the Pathfinder functionality recently to track where our customers go after hitting errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our company funnel is fairly flat so some of the prediction tools aren't as helpful. I also wish there was a way to determine conversion for back to back events, versus steps within a given time frame.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Amplitude to look at what our customers are doing in our app, where we're losing people in a conversion funnel, and especially for a/b test result analysis and segmentation.
