What do you like best about the product?
The team at Auryc has consistently gone above and beyond to make our set up and experience perfect on the Auryc platform. We grew and learned so much thanks to their insights and data. We couldn't recommend it more to any ecommerce owner
What do you dislike about the product?
No cons. We found that the way insights are presented outweighs any potential cons of having to consult one more tool

What do you like best about the product?
its configuration is quite simple and practical because almost all the management of the tool is automatic which greatly simplifies the work and effort involved in using this software, I like that it allows you to extract different data in a very useful way
What do you dislike about the product?
Its learning curve can be quite complex to handle, since the system can be very confusing when you do not have any knowledge about it, but after a few days managing the tool becomes a little more understandable and practical

What do you like best about the product?
Aside from how powerful this tool is and how intuitive and user-friendly I find it, I love the partnership and the professional help they provide. It is never awkward to request anything and they always go above and beyond.

I used their the funnels and the tracking to get insight into feature success and I find it easier to use than adobe analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think if there was a way to create some kind of home dashboard that we can customize to show key data at a glance that would be great. Aside from that, I am still learning about all this tool can do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a product manager here at 4wp.com and Auryc helps me measure and make educated decisions in the direction of our features and even UX. We also use Auryc for our feedback and we are able to understand exactly what is going on with our customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
All you have to do is have them demo their product to you and I am sure that they will answer all your questions and exceed expectations

What do you like best about the product?
tracking users, actions, sessions, etc.

What do you dislike about the product?
Many trackable metrics aren't being tracked through Heap currently. I'm not sure if this is a gap in their capabilities or if this is due to our setting it up incorrectly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seeing user logins, search, each session, actions, etc.
Can do tailored outreach based on their search actions

Decent Analytics Software but Nicer Features cost more

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you can analyze actions retroactively is REALLY helpful (you can go as far back as when Heap was first implemented on your website).
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features that we wanted to use the most were tiered at a separate pricing level. So we had to pay for the additional/new features rather than just having it automatically available to us at our level of pricing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used Heap to track analytics for the public facing side of our website (indexed by Google & marketing landing pages).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try - it's got some pretty cool features and integrations. But be willing to pay for the extra bells and whistles. Ask about it all up front.

Great tool for understanding customer's sessions

What do you like best about the product?
You can easily create your custom filter which lets you get the relevant sessions that you need. It even works retroactively. Customer's sessions in lifetime is also a nice feature to check recurring behaviors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Product is not yet perfect and there are times when a session gets cut off or not recorded
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool helps us understand our customer's pain points better and test out any new products that we launch. Instead of assuming how our customer behaves, this tool helps us actually see how they interact with our sites

Auryc CX analytics - great technology and company

What do you like best about the product?
Auryc's CX technology has great session recording capability with full filtering to allow zoom-in to understand exactly the customer journeys of interest. Analytics allow understanding why the customer behaviour observed has occurred. Integrated Voice of the Customer feedback completes the picture.

The Auryc team have very strong technical skills, instrumentation integration into a portal tag manager is light-touch and runs asynchronously with no performance impact visible to the customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overlay handling on product roadmap.
The product is otherwise very strong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CX analytics in B2B and residential Telco portal (PoC evaluation) .

Super powerful for autonomous marketers

What do you like best about the product?
Auto tracking of every single click on the website right out of the box. The ability to retroactively define an event by using a CSS selector or HTML element in order to get instant insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price is steep when you want to export data to your own database.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to dive into front-end data to understand user behavior on the website and I can do this with no help from our dev team since everything is being tracked right out of the box. I use this over Google Analytics for 95% of the questions I need answers for.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be mindful of the price if you intend to export data to other platforms. Definitely give a try to the FREE version as you only need a few minutes to get started. Install the snippet on your website even if you don't intend to use it. If one day you end up being a paying customer, you will have access to a full history of anything that ever happened on your site from the day you installed the snippet. There is absolutely no setup to do. It's my new favorite software.

Incredible tool for analyzing product usage and finding technical issues

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to tag and filter sessions. The recordings along with the error tracker have been immensely helpful to identify and fix technical issues. The team at Auryc is very responsive to feature requests and bug fixes.
Their solution for GDPR compliance was very simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as much a dislike, rather a feature request is that I would like more fine grained control over the recording like being able to pause and resume sessions while the session is in progress

Understanding our product usage and identifying bugs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is super easy to integrate Auryc and comes with a lot of customization and added features. The team at Auryc is very helpful and always open to solving the specific needs of the customer.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can ask questions of the system to inform my marketing decisions. I like that from the moment you put the code on the website that it is tracking everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much I dislike. I guess the reports could be a little faster. Sometimes I can't create events because of the way our developers code things, but that's not Auryc's fault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to understand the effects of our marketing and to see what ad groups and campaigns are having an impact. It has also helped us to identify fraudulent transactions, which is an unexpected and added benefit.
