Immediately started to understand how users user our website
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to replay each session is phenomenally useful when trying to understand how users user a website and where they are getting frustrated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far - it's only been a week.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving issues that are discouraging users from using our website. The ability to find area than generated rage clicks and extreme rage clicks help you see how people expect the website to behave versus how it is behaving.
Very powerful tool with awesome customer support
What do you like best about the product?
We've only been using Auryc for a short time so far, but the experience has been great. The granularity of data you can analyze on Auryc is far beyond what is available in other tools like Hojar and Lucky Orange The integration literally took 5 minutes and the customer support we've received while configuring our account has been fantastic. The Auryc team has taken the time to learn about our business and has done lots of work on their end to track important metrics for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike. There is a slight learning curve as the UI is not quite as intuitive as other tools. That being said, their team has been extremely receptive to our feedback and is actively working to improve it. There also isn't currently a way to view aggregated click and heat maps for groups of pages which is important to our business. Again, this is something they said will be available shortly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previous tools we used only allowed us to analyze and filter data at the url level while Auryc allows us to filter by user actions and events. This allows us to be much more efficient with our time while finding more impactful trends.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
So far our experience has been great. The product is solid and being improved everyday while the customer support is some of the best I've seen. Pricing for the feature set I thought was very fair compared to other products available in the market.
The Analytics tool you need!
What do you like best about the product?
- One feature that places Heap way above other tools is the auto-capture feature. Sometimes, we realize tracking a particular event for a funnel which we had not started tracking to start with, the auto-capture feature is already capturing the data, making use of css selectors to just define them and use as we go.
- Heap is super easy to setup and manage. Even the product marketers in our team can drive the entire effort of setting it up although some server-side events do need knowledge of where to place them in our code. Also, the feature of sharing reports within the team comes in really handy.
- The interface is really intuitive and they have done good effort at keeping things simple. Google analytics for that matter can become a bit overwhelming for starters.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would love a feature to run our own queries on the data we have already tracked. Sometimes, the graph feature is not enough for us to drive meaningful insights. Things like mean/median mode can be a real boost to the graph feature which as of now only supports calculating min/max/average etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We try to understand how well a given functionality in our application is adopted. We leverage the data to do experiments on the growth front. Creating relevant funnels to understand how well new features lead to revenue for the product.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Heap is an excellent data capture platform with minimal learning curve. If you’re not taking data driven decisions in your product, you’re missing out on understanding who your consumers are and what do they want. I would highly recommend using Heap for your analytics need.
Perhaps the most powerful weapon in the marketer's software stack
What do you like best about the product?
Heap's design and functionality are beautifully empathetic and user-centric. As a marketer, I remember the first time I set it up and it didn't take me more than 20 minutes to start making sense of the data.
What do you dislike about the product?
They can do much more with resources and tutorials about creating key reports for different business use cases. They have started suggesting prebuilt reports but can have more specific funnels and graphs for key KPIs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are adopting a regular experimentation framework and heap comes into play to make sure the experiments are measured well and the revenue attribution is clearer with the reports and funnels. It also helps us track different conversion funnels through the buyer journey
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make a habit of defining all key events and funnels in heap and checking on them regularly. The insights are powerful and they can act as a great source of product improvements and bug fixes. For marketers, the reporting is clutter free and super granular.
Good for a deep analysis into A/B tests
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it automatically tracks all user behaviour, from clicks to scroll and more (in our case, we use it to test mobile web platforms), and to make complete graphics with all these metrics. The UI in Heap is clean and easy to understand. The charts, graphs, and flow charts that it generates are clear, and reports are a good helper.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the configs are sometimes hard to find and to create. And also, scripts and calls from all tracking can downgrade your site performance. It depends on how much you use it, but it could be expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to define events that then we track to get users info about interactions, clicks, page views and more. We mesure A/B tests with Heap, and get a lot of rich information about how the tests are going. I see all that info reflected in charts. I also use it to create heat maps of the website, as an input to adjust the UI and features that our software provides.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a tool that can track users inside your site or platform, Heap is definitely for you. Recommended to create heat maps and to analyze traffic in your website.
Perfect for marketing analyze
What do you like best about the product?
what I like the most is that it gives you a profound insight, having the possibility to see users clicks it is something that could change decisions. You can collect a lot of data and historically check the changes. It has a good user friendly analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike the most is that in the beginning it is not easy to start to working with the platform, it took me a really long time to understand how to use it and to learn how to read the reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me to analyzed KPIs and control our user properly. It was really good for our PMs and it change their efficiency. Before, we did not use a platform to mesure this.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Perfect to mesure KPIs and por PMs, if you want user retentions it is the perfect tool to analyzed and take action. You can see really good metrics and the UX is pretty good
Perfect for analytics
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most it is that it is really simple to start working with it. It only took me a few hours to learn de basics and start trying the platform. The autosave is pretty good. It gives you really good insights to make decisions for your company. Real time changes are great and they have been really useful in my company.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike the most is the customer support, they have never helped me the way I wanted and needed. The way you see the reports is not always clear and easy to analyze. It has been difficult to explain to others some of the tools of the platform, but it is not something impossible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Heap impacted my work in a really good way because it has giving me more results in comparison with google analytics.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would say that it is good for marketing analytics, I would recommend it
quick implementation and easy to get up and running
What do you like best about the product?
autocapture of events allows our marketing and product teams to work faster on implementation changes without the need for engineering resources to create new events
What do you dislike about the product?
relies on JS to capture things other than clicks, view, form submissions, etc. which is not very robust
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly build funnels and graphs of customer actions on our site
Best Analytics Tool for User Behavior Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of getting all the information about user behavior on our applications with few lines of code!
I have used other analytics tool, but the analysis and reporting in this portal are way easy than the other.
Loved the reports that can be generated based on our business requirement. Also, the predefined events reduced out work much less.

Loved the reports that can be generated based on our business requirement. Also, the predefined events reduced out work much less.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, I found little difficulty in adding custom-defined properties, events and generating reports. But with support from I could go through it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For us, it's more of usage of application and completion of the task our application is of. With Heap, we can get reports on how users are traversing without applications and help us in refining the user experience or feature to improve the business.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The Heap is a simple and very good tool for analytics
