What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and implamentation. Weekly and month sync meetings has been extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not had any issues with the Druva product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing a secure platform with high bit encryption to secure our data.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and multiple configurations to choose from for VMware VMs, file servers via agent, etc. Customer Support is excellent, professional and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't come across any significant downsides as of yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to eliminate our "Archive backups to tape" methodology for long term rentention of data for HIPAA requirements by implementing Druvas cold storage for LTR.

What I love most about Druva Data Security Cloud is how effortlessly it protects our data. The interface is super user-friendly, making data management easy. The automated backup & recovery features give me peace of mind knowing our data is always safe. Absolutely fantastic support.They're always quick to respond, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Druva for over a year, and it has significantly streamlined our data protection processes. The user interface is remarkably straightforward, making it easy for our team to manage backups and restores without needing extensive training. We've tested the restore process several times, and it's always been flawless, giving us great confidence in our data integrity. Customer support has been responsive and helpful, addressing our queries promptly and effectively. Overall, Druva has not only improved our operational efficiency but also enhanced our data security posture, making it an invaluable tool for our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
A downside of Druva in the context of product functionality is its resource consumption during backup processes. Some users report that Druva can be resource-intensive, potentially slowing down other operations on the system while backups are being performed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Druva is our main backup solution for Gsuite and Endpoints. It is extremelty helpful in our day to day work with retrieving deleted files and managing users endpoints.

The wealth of features and number of applications that can be backed up and restored. User interface is great

Not many that I can think of, the only thing that comes tomind is logins fail occassionaly

As a smaller IT department, we use this product as it was easy to deploy and maintain.

My team have hand no major issues with the Druva product.

We have always needed a backup solutions, but as we moved to O365 we looked to a backup solutions we could use in this instance.
Best peace of mind resource with a diligent support team.
What do you like best about the product?
Configuring and scheduling backups of various systems ranging from on-prem VMs to M365/Sharepoint has been the easiest maintenance we've performed. We were even contacted by our Sr. Technical Customer Success Manager Pritesh to help optimize our backups and stretch our remaining data credits further. Definitely an amazing service with even more amazing support staff being proactive in keeping our systems safe.
The full restoration and granular recovery features have saved us hours if not days of recovery after weather related damage to hardware.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's easy to setup but with so many options sometimes you can accidentally create duplicate backup schedules without being prompted of an existing profile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data deduplication and secure off-site backups has helped us ensure our system can be recovered with minimal downtime in the event of dataloss or other disaster.
An effective backup tool with simple GUI
What do you like best about the product?
Druva is having an easily manageable client console and admin portal. End user or an administrator can easily manage their backup. It is a simple tool. In terms of data restoration druva is very helpful.

Some times endpoint automated backups having issues and requires a manual backup

It is an effective tool for endpoint backups
Backups made easy
What do you like best about the product?
Working with Druva has been simple since day one for my organization, the suport is second to none and always feel like a priority when I'm working with an Engineer. Disaster Recover to AWS is absolutely beautiful, simple and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, the credit system seemed a little wonky at first but over time it made more sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Routine backups and DRAAS.
Easy to use Backup Solution
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to view the VMs and schedule backups for each servers. It is convenient to be able to keep track of the previous backups already in the cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to see immediately the remaining credits months.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to backup servers offsite and in the cloud instead of relying on onsite equipment. Compared to our current backup equipment software, I was able to setup the scheduled backup easily through the online site. It resolves issues we have with needing to patch the backup equipment.
