What needs improvement?
They could integrate an EDR tool during backup. By integrating with that tool, they could easily rectify cyberattacks, miscellaneous attacks, and ransomware. It can prevent ransomware when data is in transit, not just at rest.
They can improve their product quality for Salesforce as they don't have the capability to run that business without Technobind.
They should consider supporting additional workloads in their tenant. They need multiple tenants where they can provide protection. For example, if a customer is using ESG cloud, they should plan for backup support and other data centers such as Control-S and many more.

Druva Data Security Cloud: Reliable SaaS-Based Data Protection
What do you like best about the product?
Druva is easy to use, with a clean dashboard that makes backups and restores straightforward even for non-specialists. Implementation was simple since it’s fully cloud-native, with no hardware to manage, though setting up policies and roles required some planning. My frequency of use is regular, as I check backup status, test restores, and run compliance reports. The number of features is strong, covering automated backups, ransomware protection, compliance tracking, and endpoint coverage. Integration is smooth with platforms like AWS, Microsoft 365, and Salesforce, giving us centralized data protection.

While the platform is user-friendly, the reporting features could be more customizable for detailed compliance needs. Customer support is knowledgeable, but response times for advanced queries can sometimes be slower than expected.

It also addresses risks like accidental deletion, insider threats, and ransomware by providing fast, reliable restores. The centralized dashboard improves visibility across workloads, which saves time and ensures compliance. This has benefited me by reducing complexity, improving security, and increasing confidence in our data protection strategy.
