Ease of developing actionable charts and graphs, connectivity to a variety of data sources via pre-configured connectors. Expanded offerings with add-on products and SaaS.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could use more configuration options in OOB visualizations and need a connector for MS Project Online that handles Oauth2.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking costs and Project metrics via O365 Project Online. Delivered actionable results to our buisness.
Recommendations to others considering the product:

Great Reporting Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Streamlines our reporting process - getting away from the crazy excel report we have. Analysis tools are amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to drill down into certain items. Otherwise I don't have any qualms about it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting away from a clunky/manual reporting tool
Free and good for visualilzation
What do you like best about the product?
It's ability to uncover data pattern/trend and it's allowance for real-time collaboration. Qlikview also allows you to search for the type of data results that you want and it immediately shows the relationships of the data. Pretty great feature when you want to know what you data means or has any hidden pattern that you should know. And It's free for personal use.
What do you dislike about the product?
You need to put some effort in formatting options to make them presentable, unlike Tableau's drag-drop logic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using it to show production and manufacturing data. It makes making presentation easy, fast, and easy for management to understand.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a pretty good software. It's free for personal use so you can try it before making any purchase. You can use it to work offline if you have access to your data. It can uncover the pattern of your data by using search box, which is a really great feature. Formatting options will take some effort as it's not like Tableau where you can drag-drop the graphs as you like.
Qlik Sense is great tool for finding insights from your data
What do you like best about the product?
The ETL( extract -transform-load) capability of Qlik is awesome, helps transforming the data
What do you dislike about the product?
The hub( your workspace) takes a lot of time to load
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I basically present the entire organization's employee related data in an dashboard and it has been very beneficial to keep a track of employee count, leaders living upto the values , their performance and stuff like that.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It would be great if the time taken to load the hub reduces
Qlikview feedback
What do you like best about the product?
Qlikview is an addition to my skill set. I have been extensively working on various other BI Tools like MicroStrategy and Tableau as well. Visualizations are nice and easy. users can quickly get started on the reporting front and build visualizations from data linked to external data sources, enterprise databases and Big data environments.
What do you dislike about the product?
The User Interface experience lacks appealing as compared to other BI Tools. Qlikview is more for a developer role since they build the visualizations and the end users access them with less ability to change or modify them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm resolving by converting complex data files into appealing visualizations and table reports which is giving a lot of flexibility for end users to understand the data better and get quality inputs for making better business decisions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Qlikview is more useful for power users or developers who built the visualizations and allow end users to access them for analytics. Qlikview is not a self service Business intelligence tool where users can create their own visualizations from scratch.
Great potential, lots of support required
What do you like best about the product?
The potential, capabilities and abilities are great and help in day to day operations for quick access.
What do you dislike about the product?
Requires a large support team to keep the daily apps updated and supported for the team to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
lack of common technical expertise across the business prevents employees from gaining access to data and information on company software. QlikView allows the company to push this information to the employees that needs it and reduces duplicated reports from being pulled everyday.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
QlikView requires full time dedicated team to support the platform for daily use and updating reports on a daily basis.
Qlik is fast, fun, and flexible
What do you like best about the product?
Qlik's fun and easy interface gives our users a sense of excitement in playing with the data. Its ease-of-implementation has allowed our Analytics team to present large quantities of information in ways that have never been viewed in our company at speeds that give us the ability to adjust apps on the fly.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have honestly not found anything that we cannot do within Qlik. If I had to choose something, it might be the limitations of specific Charts in not being able to add more dimensions and measures, but that is just being greedy, picky, and unrealistic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are creating automatic reports from manually-generated reporting within different departments, and we have given some summary analytics of our memberships and some AMAZING Geo-Analytics mapping apps for targeting and planning purposes.
Automation
What do you like best about the product?
This software is really great and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nprinting doesnt seem to work well. Wish there was better automated email function
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
report automation
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Improve Nprinting software
Qlik Sense - Combining many data sources into one reporting tool
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to show the end user actionable data through all of our "disconnected" systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, there is a bit of technical know how needed for data sourcing and "cleansing" but it allows for some pretty neat ways to present data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are identifying what sells and when. We also are able to identify sources of cost. Once the costs are identified we can start tracking changes to see if our action plans are successful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Create a test environment to see what Qlik can do for you. Once we saw the data in one single location we knew we had picked a software that would help us win.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Conduct an inventory of your internal reports (author, audience, frequency, etc.) to get an idea of the company's needs and who will actually stand to gain the most when Qlik is up and running. This will inform who needs to be a part of the internal working group and also prioritize what reports get done first.
I also recommend taking an assessment of skill sets for your analysts. Qlik Set Analysis translates very well to those with MS Excel or Access or SQL experience.
