Excellent Backups, Seamless Experience
What do you like best about the product?
We love that Druva runs in the background and provides seamless backups for our endpoints. This makes new device set up extremely easy and saves us lots of time!
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides, love the product! We are truly able to set it and forget it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Druva saves us a signiicant amount of time setting up new devices for existing users. We don't have to spend any time on-site restoring data, it can all be pulled down instantly from the Druva cloud with the end user's login.

A product which is easy to implement, rich of most needed features. Fast integration with current setup.

Customer support needs upgrade, to help customer in effecient manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It help in speedy recovery of user data, incase of hardware failure, which in past incurrer heavy recovery cost.
Easy and seamless for end user
What do you like best about the product?
We use Druva to back up files and data from engineer's laptop. It is easy to use. Minimum intrusive to engineer's daily work while it is scanning and backup the data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of at this moment.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, single management backup for AWS as well as On-Prom

One thing Druva does not have is an agent to backup Active Directory

Nothing I can find yet. Um very critical on saas apps but this one does exactly what its suppose to do.

Druva solves our endpoint backup issue.

Data protection makes Easy
What do you like best about the product?
the lightweight Agent on system which makes it easy to take your all data back and protected it. it has inbuilt data protection plan formats to choose what need to be protected/ backups. in my 2 years of product use we only contacted support 1 time because it has a smooth setup

The backup console can be more optimized and direct backup on Azure storage for end customer

we wanted a lightwaight backup agent system that can take backups of our VIP users and we choose druva and it works well on roaming users
Excellent Laptop backup solution
What do you like best about the product?
very smooth process of working on the Admin portal in terms of IT requirements.
great visibility and functionality of how options are on the portal as compared to other backup solutions.

What do you dislike about the product?
As of now nothing much teething issues that would stop our production however the portal GUI or overview can do much better in case possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier we used to have Backup tapes and old method of storing the data off site using a much slower technology and time consuming painful process. with Druva Cloud backup this has been a far better experience and has enhanced the productivity to far better extent.
Top User Friendly Interface SAAS Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Druva interfce is very very user friendly, data security provided by druva & AWS.
Customer support service is excellent nad having local langurage options also. Support SAAS apllication as well as on-prem.

What do you dislike about the product?
Need to have integration with few more databases and application whcih I felt lacking nowdays. Databases like maria BD, mongo DB, Max DB must support with this solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very much happy by saving the infra cost, data security, ramsomware attack and manitance cost. Druva have all these inbuild qualities whcih helping me to increase my performance.
