Great product
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, easy customer recovery of files.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I'm being forced to move to the hosted solution for more money. We will be transitioning to OneDrive backup to prevent the additional costs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Desktop backup solution for campus users.
A great service to securely backup and host files
What do you like best about the product?
The auditing system to know who has shared files and the ability to control that. We can clearly see what has been shared, who it has been shared with, and revoke that access if needed which is very powerful. With dropbox you wouldn't be able to control who has access to files once a link is shared or sent somewhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the system won't sync and requires some tweaking to get working again. Thankfully, the technical support team at Druva are very reliable and quick to resolve issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
File auditing in a gov cloud environment that certain clients require. It has given us access to a wider client base due to the gov cloud and auditing system.
Solid system, although paying by the GB is a bit dated

What do you like best about the product?
It is a point that you can check the backup status and data contents of PC from the administrator portal. Data retention status on each PC can be visualized.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a high probability of a backup error, and it is necessary to repair the application each time. In addition, the language setting also changes from Japanese to English, so it is necessary to correct the language setting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visualize data stored on the PC. If you lose your PC, remote wipe can reduce the risk of information leakage.

Data retention status on each PC can be visualized.

there are many nice features, the main thing is that it works without much attention.

I would like the process of adding new users be changed so that a user would have to explicitly add their Druva account.

Basic backup.

When our users receive new laptops they can easily restore their data from their previous laptop with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have any dislikes about Druva.

File restoration, Druva helps with Laptop refreshes, Windows refreshes to transfer data.
Druva will do everything, minus what Apple allows them to.

Beautiful GUI and easy to use system. Customer Support was extremely helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?

Mobile Device Management and backup.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would make sure individuals know that this product does NOT backup the device, unless the app is running in the fourground. If a user has not opened the app in the past hour/etc it will not update the devices location.
