Great Product!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the Druva InSync product. It was easy to set up, and the Druva team was there for support if there were any issues. The backups work great, and you can set it and forget it. It will send alerts for all the statuses is you like. The cloud interface was tons of helpful information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found dislikes. Before I can think of anything, they keep improving the product or the interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that I am solving with this product Is that I have a reliable off-site backup that isn't going anywhere, and it is secure.

Druva Insync has solved our problem of endpoints data protection, and Hybrid Workload Solved our problem of servers, Virtual Machines, and database backup.
We always found that backup was always available during any mishappening with the data.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Implementation in big and multi-branch organizations is complicated. Druva does not provide support for implemenatation.
It is perfect for SMBs.
Remote deployment is almost not possible even using AD or any other central authentication.

Druva Back up is working
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Druva is able to run the backup in the background. You can pick and choose what you want to back up pretty simply.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know that I have any dislikes that I have come across yet. I'm hoping there won't be anything that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Simple interface with un-complicated backup ability!
What do you like best about the product?
We are a very small subset of features in Druva; my primary usage is the backing up of our 365 environment (Email, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.)
Backing up and reporting of said backups is super easy, and the dashboard is simple and quick to identify data being backed up and any issues with errors or missing backups.
While I have not had to restore any items in a real world example, I did try some practice restores and dumps and was very easy to complete. Actually using the interface is really easy (Perhaps you may notice how much I commend on the ease of use with this product, after testing 4 different products, Druva was by far the simplest to understand. No overly complicated jargon to decypher, not elaborate menu stucture to navigate, etc.) and I was able to recover both files and emails.
Druva is capable of backing up much more than what we are currently utilizing it for, both on-prem as well as cloud offerings, and while I cannot comment on that, backing up 365 and Azure is quick and simple!

What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside for me was configuring the software. Using it was relatively simple, but it would have been nice to have an engineer on the line walk me through. I did manage to figure it out on my own using various guides, whitepapers, and searches. But it did take a bit longer than I was expecting. I am sure with an engineer on the line, it would have been something that could have been done in 30 minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Looking for a quick and painless way to backup our cloud environment without requiring much effort to maintain!
"Druva inSync" played major role to protect data and maintain security during Lock-down and Pandemic
What do you like best about the product?
Superior capability of restoration, handling data, and security. inSync gives us the flexibility to take backup restore in any system, takes backup in small packets, so the system uses less bandwidth. Its cloud and centralized managing functionality helped IT personnel to manage this system from anywhere and anytime.
What do you dislike about the product?
The absence of an on-premises backup functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have started Druva inSync just before starting the Covid pandemic. Earlier we were using inhouse/over the LAN backup solution and facing difficulties in the case of roaming users. We were looking for a cloud backup solution that should be independent of local resources and in-person involvement. The decision of going with Druva became a real game-changer for us during a pandemic and lockdown.
We are using this application across the organization for critical users and it addresses one of the major issues of data security and backup in case of system crash and flexibility to give data backup to users on any system and anywhere.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Druva Cloud backup is best suited for the organization having roaming users, offices at cluster locations having bandwidth issues, and most importantly real-time data backup at the cloud server. This helped any organization if the device gets crashed or stolen or some data corruption happened. In our case, it saved us multiple times during the last two years.
Great for backing up our organization systems
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, and the best part, its in the cloud now
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing i dislike, its working as intended
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its great for data accidental wipe, its always up to date with changes you make on your pc
Easy and inexpensive cloud backup.
What do you like best about the product?
With a simple setup, I can get cloud data backup.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can only set the backup cycle, not the acquisition time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are backing up our SharePoint online data. inSync is in the cloud, so it didn't take long for us to start backing up after receiving the backup requirements.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is not suitable for backing up business systems because it cannot take static point backups.
However, it is ideal for easy backup of file servers.

Druva Insync
What do you like best about the product?
Helpful in retrieving/moving files when lost or when going to a new pc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the install doesn't work at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a solid back tool for those who save files to their hard drives still instead of the cloud. It has proven to be valuable for clients when changing laptops to get a newer one as well as cases where laptops have been stolen.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Overall, it's a user friendly and well functioning tool.
Druva inSync is a fantstic product
What do you like best about the product?
Druva inSync is an excellent product with great support. We have been using it for a few years now after we had a run-in with some Ransomware, and this product has helped out immensely with daily backups for all our users. Before getting Druva, we did not have a backup solution for our users' Desktops and Laptops which would cause us many issues if we had a system go down with a hard drive that was not recoverable. Druva Support was excellent with support in getting this product set up in our environment. They also assisted in training our IT Department in how to use it and how to get it installed on any new devices for future expansion. Now all of our users have the comfort of knowing all their data is backed up securely, and they will not have to worry about losing anything. They have also given great support after the initial installation. Whenever we have had issues, we have always had very reliable and quick assistance from their support team. The cost of the product is low compared to some others and does not break the bank. Basically, Druva is an amazing product that helps save us time. I highly recommend this product for anyone looking for a great product that is affordable and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything we dislike about the product. It has always worked great, and anytime we had issues, we had a quick response from support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Druva, we did not have a user-based backup solution, so we were out of luck with any data corruption or hardware failures. Now all users have the comfort of knowing their data is backed up daily, and they do not have to worry about losing important data. We also got hit with a pretty nasty Randsomeware virus a few years back that caused some users to lose data and if had Druva at the time, we would have had much less of a headache.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a great product that is affordable and easy to use to assist you with any type of backup, I highly suggest this product.
Amazing Cloud Back Up Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Druva inSync provides excellent and reliable data backups; it retains data in compliance with every data protection act policy of each region.
Druva inSync's admin console is very flexible in terms of creating storage quota, the storage location for a specific region as well as allowing administrators to either choose a cloud-based or server end-point storage location.
Druva inSync's admin console is very flexible in terms of creating storage quota, the storage location for a specific region as well as allowing administrators to either choose a cloud-based or server end-point storage location.
What do you dislike about the product?
Druva is not meant for the average consumer who is looking for a back up solution because it is very costly in pricing.
It seemingly supports AWS cloud services quite well but not other cloud services that much.
Another drawback is that users can uninstall the Druva inSync application without the administrators permission which could lead to data not being back up.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Druva inSync assists my organization in terms of backing up data autonomously without user/administrator intervention. A user that has lost a document/file can quickly retrieve that item by opening the client in their machine and then restoring the file(s) .
The flexibility of the Druva inSync administrator console allows me to allocate different quotas to various regions at ease.
