Excellent and silent user back-up system!
What do you like best about the product?
Druvaha has worked well and it still operates. To end-users it's practically no inconvenience at all and they don't think it's there, and that is what appeals to them. The method of backup & restore is really easy. Users will quickly attach and delete data from their backup directory, all from inside the Finder. They have the right to handle it online too. The admin console is basic and really user friendly. Relevant details for a fun, at-a-glance view of the world was described right on the key dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've had some problems at our end with our firewall allowing in all the Druva data. We have approved the defined ranges that we have received from the funding, but it seems there are always those that do not fall within the stated ranges, causing those additional research at our end. The only aspect I hate is the recovery phase on any data that might have been inadvertently removed. You will only recover 1-at-a-time data, so you have to do it all entirely manually. It is not a seamless operation so it should be made even easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Backup, and consistency of company. It's awesome for getting a stable, efficient backup to the cloud. Really the restore has come in useful for the occasions a hard drive crashed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's perfect because you're targeting end-user copies and Office365. Your assistance has been incredibly helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the program to function well and to make me feel comfortable, because the information of our end-users is always secured wherever they go.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have massive backup data sets and you can recover them for a very long time when you need a full restoration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have mobile workers and it has always been a big concern to ensure that your computers are backed up and offer quick shots. With a simple interface, Druva has addressed our needs. After configuring the system, management is easy and reporting is very helpful. We use the cloud in contrast to on-prem and it can take a long time to retrieve both the size of your backup and the bandwidth available.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's great if you target backups for end users and Office365. Your support was very helpful.
"Druva Implementation Is Easy, And Support Is Excellent"
What do you like best about the product?
We were looking for a SaaS backup solution for our deployed Macs and PCs, as well as Office365. Druva fit the bill perfectly! The setup process is very straight forward, and their support was extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more SaaS backup options, such as Slack and Dropbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had no backup solution in place for user PCs/Macs. It's already saved some of our employees from major headaches.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are targeting back ups for end users and Office365, this is a great fit. Their support has been very helpful.
Druva inSync is a Solid Backup Plan
What do you like best about the product?
Druva inSync helps this global law firm to manage and track files for lawyers and non-lawyers across the globe. It is a secure platform and archives files so they are retrievable in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that Druva inSync seems to slow down my computer speed when it is backing up files. The documents I am working on almost freeze as Druva eats up processing power.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Druva inSync is helping this global law firm to access and audit files that have numerous contributors and the benefit is that we can see who last edited a file.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is unclear if there is a Mac OS X compatible version of Druva so I would advise that you ensure your company is only using Windows.
Druva inSync - A reliable backup service.
What do you like best about the product?
The most appealing aspect of Druva inSync, is the ability to customize. Being able to determine how frequently backups occur, to which files get backed up, makes this a very resourceful tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the main dislikes is the inability to export lists into a report for downloading, which would make it easier to determine the devices that need additional assistance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Druva has been very helpful in making it easier to restore data for users with lost/damaged/stolen laptops.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great tool to be able to maintain data for a fleet of portable and or desktop endpoints.
Special about Druva InSync
What do you like best about the product?
In Druva In sync not like other backup no dedupe server or not local copy in client machine, no problem whether computers in Workgroup or in domain it will work perfectly fine with druva Agent. I like this product much when compare to Veritas DLO and Acronics and other products.

No headache whether Data is there or not automatically its takng backup to storage without any problem.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Better go for Druva insync in case of backup when you want to free of backup problems.
Does what it says!
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to configure and quick to deploy.
What do you dislike about the product?
File encryption could be done better. If user1 works on files on their desktop, the files remain encrypted to user1 even when they are copied to USB or a network drive. That is, user2 cannot access the files from the USB or network drive. User1 must first decrypt the files before sharing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Protecting endpoints from ransomware and accidental loss and damage.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Druva inSync is great if you're looking for a product that doesn't require a lot of administration. Users can even restore their own files.
Easy to deploy, easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease to deploy the agent and start backing up almost immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to backup a non-server OS. We have some computers that have imaging software that I'd like to backup with Phoenix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to view the backups across all locations in a single, easy to view portal.
Unobtrusive, effective cloud backup for endpoint devices
What do you like best about the product?
Druva inSync is an effective, unobtrusive cloud backup system. I have used many of these agent based backup systems in the past and have always found them to be unreliable with high background CPU usage when they run. inSync is non-disruptive, reliable and basically invisible to the end user.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have not found any particular dislikes with inSync as an end-user, it consistently does what it's supposed to do with minimal disruption and no intervention required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps consistent, reliable point-in-time backups of important user data on my laptop. Archiving in the cloud allows me to restore files no matter where I am in the world without needing to be on the corporate network.
