Druva has been a wonderful Company to work with
What do you like best about the product?
We rely on Druva as our primary backup solution for our companies endpoints, microsoft accounts, and servers. We love that backing everything up was so simple and we have never had an issue with recovering data. On multiple occassions their backups have saved data that would have otherwise been lost.
We also greatly appreciate how easy it was to rollout and get up and running. We felt like the learning curve with Druva was much smaller than other backup solutions we have tried. All in all we are really happy and I would highly reccomend Druva for anyone that is needing a professional tool to backup critical data in their business.

What do you dislike about the product?
As Druva rolls out more and more Microsoft native tools it has become easier to use but when we first signed up their native integration with Azure was limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have many business critical parts of our business that Druva is helping us keep safe. Microsoft has great native tools built in but we never want to put all our eggs in one basket. Druva allos us to have the peace of mind that our data is safe while being easy to learn and use.

Druva cloud backup and restore lets me finally sleep at night!
What do you like best about the product?
Druva's managment console makes easy work out of setting your backup windows and retention. Just a few clicks and a new data set is ready for backup. Restores are a quick few clicks as well. Peace of mind about our backups is finally letting us concentrate on other important tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I have found with Druva that would be a "downside". One thing is that when you want to delete an obsolete server, it can be confusing when Druva complains that a backup policy still exists. It should be able to just remove the old server and adjust the policies to accomodate removal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our previous backup solution was on-site. It was limiting in that we would quickly run out of disk space on that system and have to reduce retention. We actually experienced a crypto hack and all of the backup data was lost. There were no air-gaps or immutability built into that system which should be required by ALL backup systems.
Druva has solved these problems and our worry level has dropped to near zero.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of setup and use, single-pane-of-glass interface, and the transparency of the company's security policies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Errors are occasionally idiopathic, requiring investigation outside of the platform for triage and resolution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cloud DLP and eDiscovery.
Druva - Best Product and Support Hands Down
What do you like best about the product?
As a new administator it has been easy to navigate through. Rarely are we needing to use the portal as the Service works as intended and we can just monitor the reports that come through email. If I need to troubleshoot our Backups and DR reports I can get to the detailed logs quick enough. Support has always been more than willing to jump on a call to offer that extra support and assurance. Kudos to Pritesh for always offering great support and understanding our companies wants and needs.

I have no complaints when it comes to Druva.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy of use for backing up our Servers and being consistent allows us to focus on more demanding tasks.
Druva Provides Amazing Support for an Amazing Product
What do you like best about the product?
The ease-of-use coupled with their outstanding customer support regarding the product and how to use it make this tool a powerful asset for my organization. We have cross-functional teams able to collaborate easily by using this tool to monitor any backups and failures we have regarding our internal services.
The support team is also very resilient in that if there is something they need to follow-up on regarding Druva, they do so as fast and as best as they can and follow-up with almost no delay. They're also very accomodating in terms of meeting times and communication methods.

In all honestly, I can't really think of anything I dislike about Druva.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Druva is clearly able to identify our backup failures and provide us sufficient details for how to resolve these through their console, customer support, and their documentation.
Excellent Back Up Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Druva's easy to use portal makes for a pleasant experience when looking for specific files we need to recover. Druva's option to download or send to email is a feature that our help desk team enjoys using when it comes to locating data. Furthermore, it was easy to implement and deploy with our new systems, we set it up once and did not have to worry about it. I also appreciate how it integrates with Exchange, and Azure making the transistion to Druva easy. We cureently meet with our team once a week and touch base with customer support weekly, making it easy to get our questions answered.

Druva is an overall great product, I don't have anything I dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Druva helps us backup comapny wide data which includes millions of dollars worth of research, endpoint protection and server backup.

What do you like best about the product?
The backup solution is lightweight and users did not notice any changes with their computer performance while backups were running.
What do you dislike about the product?
Originaly, they did not support Azure VM but they have updated their products and it is a big cost saving compared to Microsoft Azure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Backup for Endpoint devices, as long as a device has internet connection it would run in the backend seamelessly. With the backups you can easily restore/download the data you need at a single file level. This saves a lot of time without having to restore a whole system/folder.
Druva Data Resiliency Cloud is perfect solution for our Organization
What do you like best about the product?
1. Druva Data Resiliency Cloud can stored data and restore them very effortlessly.
2. We restored user's mailbox to other user's exchange online and they can use it without any issue.
3. Configuring user's profile and mapping them with Azure Security Groups make things very easy.

1. User interface can be improved.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Druva Data Resiliency Cloud provide us data backup of our Office 365 applications like Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Teams etc. It's backup up daily snapshots and we can restore any snapshot we want and restore it to any destination we want.
Extemely Reliable Backup Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to restore backups and easy to manage backups. Process runs reliably across the entire enterprise with very little oversight required. Alerts come when something has not worked properly and the console makes it easy to mitigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides to speak of but we are moving most of our workloads to Azure. So we are waiting for the Azure VM backup feature to be rolled out which I am told is happening soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Druva makes it easy to restore backups in a timely manner either to the same machine or to a different machine. We have used this when one of our hypervisors was not functioning correctly to great success.
It just works. Whenever and wherever.
What do you like best about the product?
The only limitation is your locations bandwidth. If you can get to the internet, you can get your backup.

I haven't found a downside. There is a small learning curve for the service, but any questions I had, support was able to answer quickly.

Safe and secure off-site backups.
