One source of business data
What do you like best about the product?
One source of business data. User interface to use the application is somewhat simple and can log a lot of data that is able to be reported on later.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs a lot of setup for features to work properly. Sometimes for one feature there are 3-4 fields that need to be setup first before it will work properly and it isn't always intuitive where to go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One source of truth across departments. Consistency of data being recorded and reported.

Full ERP. Has modules for varied functions we have.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile app for field users could be faster, seems to need server refresh. Considering 3rd party as a result

Business branches did not have one system, we can now see financials for all parts of the business

I think it's very user friendly and easy to navigate

I don't like that Reporting is very slow

It hass solved our users problems with navigating the platform, we used NetSuite before. This is more user friendly and more cost effective

The ability to customize the product easily as well as the ability to consume data in numerous ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any ERP the process of testing and upgrading versions. Maybe AI can study our use and automatcally revision test in the future.

The ability to quickly customize and create GIs/Dashboards

What do you like best about the product?
The software works from a base that can be built upon using different modules that allow a company to use unique resources from different industries.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is not really a bad thing, but it is so comprehensive and flexible that it is a bit overwhelming for a new user. I feel like I have barely scratched the surface of what the software is able to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Acumatica to move to a perpetual inventory system. This allows for us to be in a position that we are verifying inventory instead of counting each month, which results in more accurate financial information and more efficient inventory management.

Poor VARs, lack of experts, still learning Shopify and Amazon connections

ease of changing software. The integrtion process, using a var, was fairly straight forward

needs a UI update. UI seems to ber a bit dated

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to get information out of the system in inquiries and reports. It's much easier to work with than other systems I've worked with!
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems like Acumatica can be cusomtized for any type of business but if your company doesn't easily fit inside one of their specialized versions you don't get all the functionality you need without bolting on several modules or customizations.

We need several different reports for different users and consumers.
