Fantastic platform that allows for superior customization
What do you like best about the product?
The key feature that makes Acumatica stand out is that it is built for the cloud, not converted from older server-confined systems. This makes Acumatica more versatile and minimizes downtime that older systems experience due to server lag. Customer Service is also very helpful and responsive, and they maintain excellent up-to-date help articles.
What do you dislike about the product?
One feature currently missing from Acumatica is a method of tracking warranty items through the entire return/replacement process. Several software firms that partner with Acumatica have been consulted, but the solutions presented require expensive customization for a fairly standard process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica is our primary program for inventory management, including all sales, pricing, customer invoicing, and vendor purchasing. Emails are autogenerated, and reports are compiled automatically or on demand. Deeper features of Acumatica are being researched to assist with automated warehouse replenishment and shipping.
Strong ERP solution for ecommerce focused businesses with technical mindset.
What do you like best about the product?
Native commerce connector for BigCommerce was a primary selling point. The connector is robust and allows granular control over most product, customer, and order data. ERP handles back office operations well, as is well known by those familiar with Acumatica.
What do you dislike about the product?
The release update process can be tedious and often requires assistance from your VAR partner. Some aspects of the release updates are not fully documented and validation of your workflows takes more time than expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica is allowing our business to scale - more customers, more orders, more products. Automation helps us quickly process work that is issue free and quickly highlights issues where a staff member is needed to make a decision to resolve something. Our inventory is more accurate than ever!

What do you like best about the product?
A huge win for our company was that it was a web-based solution. With remote workers growing, having a web-based ERP has made that experience better. Also, the ease of navigating between modules/or windows. I like that you can get to different areas within Acumatica via links on the window of the module you're working in at that time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how heavy and resource-expensive the auditing is. We have many departments that would like to have the ability to audit various things inside of Acumatica but are unable to do so because of the performance issues that would be created with the full audit on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us a business get visibility to problems that we may not have known existed. This is done through the different dashboards and data views that can be created in Acumatica.
Feature rich system, but complex integration and set-up
What do you like best about the product?
Robust reporting, quite a few add ons (at a cost), ability to integrate with many other vendors, customizable
What do you dislike about the product?
Must purchase through a partner, integration is tough, not a large user base (smaller community to rely on in terms of self-support options), complex schema, every add-on (including things that are included with basic packages of other ERP's are at an additional monthly cost).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to view all things "financial" under one umbrella without needing to log in to 3-4 different systems to grab information. Utilizing the time & expense module and the ability to allow independent contractors to enter their time and comments (we are a professional services firm) has been pricesless.

What do you like best about the product?
Being an organization that offers digital financial services we were sourcing for a cloud ERP that provides the best business management solution and that is what guided us in acquiring Acumatic a which is unmatched at that.
I like its attributes that allows ease in access both from desktop and mobile apps. Acumatica has made the process of issuing business loans very easy as opposed to sphysical issuance. We are able to ask our clients to attach for collateral thereby speeding up the process of disbursement of this loans. I also love its simple UI. You are able to enter clients details in a single page therefore ease in retrieval when informationis needed

There's are some aspects of this program that I have not learned though I get support from some third-party partners that we have engaged
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Initially we use to use many programs to get the same job done, but after acquiring Acumatic a which is a one stop program we end up saving a lot of time and therefore increased productivity
Not impressed at with Acumatica - This review won't allow me to upload a screenshot.
What do you like best about the product?
Selecting favorites is easy. That's about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
1) Forecasting Revenue - Acumatica should calculate the forecasting automatically. When entering the percentage, it should calculate the dollars and vice versa.
2) Billing Retention - Acumatica should create one AIA document for retention instead of a separate entry for each prior billing that has to be released. On large projects, it's easy to lose track of which line items need to be released. Acumatica does not provide an AIA Retention Billing - that's messed up.
3) AIA form - The AIA document is not formatted correctly, so we never use it. Instead, we use an excel form outside of Acumatica.
4) When drilling down into the costs within a task or committed cost, you can't see the vendor name of what was purchased, just a PO or subcontract number. No one wants to open each line item and drill down further to get all the vendor names. We should be able to pick the task code, drill down and get a list, including the vendor/supplier name, dollar value, PO/subcontract #, etc. Right now, we only see the description, dates, Qty/$$, APBL# - can't even open the APBL # listed.

I have not heard of any Acumatica solutions to correcting the revenue forecasting, the AIA formatting, creating one AIA document for retention or better drill down features.

Acumatica makes accounting and financial management simple.I like ease to create powerful and custom financial reports and dashboards with Acumatica.It's easy to create and manage invoices using this tool.

Acumatica can be complicated for first-time users because it's more complex and requires a steep learning curve.

THERE IS NO COST PLUS PRICING FOR ACCOUNT CUSTOMER (FOR CONTRACT PRICING) AND EVERYTHING WILL HAVE TO USE DISCOUNT PRICING
