    Hospital & Health Care

A program with alot of possibilities

What do you like best about the product?
It has the ability to handle many types of transactions. It integrates with many third party vendors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like learning GI's is needed to help use Acumatica to it's full ability. However, trying to learn how to do the GI's is not the easiest. I've asked my partner for help and basically they want to write them, at a cost to us, instead of enabling us to use the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The integration with WorkForce Go is helping us to minimize payroll processing time. This helps me have more time to devote to other duties.

What do you like best about the product?
How it can be personalized for every business, a lot of the coding can be done without developers, but also the amount of change developers is astounding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficulties in the upgrades, field names changing, and it breaking GIs, import scenarios, business events, etc
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the conversion on non-stock item to stock items is a common issue for us, and this will have great impact on our business

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to customize the platform to fit our needs. This can be done with one of the many partners or by writing data with API's. Another thing we like is the multi-currency in the same tenant, which was helpful for us. Being able to brand the product to match our brand is important to our company. Permissions and controls were also nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
The char limit in ID's, was a challenge for us. Template items in retail space was also challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to get one source of truth. Acumatica solved this with getting our data in one spot. This will help us drive our business forward.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use. We were able to transition to Acumatica very quickly from our previous ERP. They also continue to improve the solution. Making it better by listening to customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is difficult to say. The Service contracts needed more customization than expected. It took us about 3 months to get it working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multi-currency and aging of nonserial items. We continue to expand in our region and needed a system that can handle multi-currency. Add lots to the system allowed us to fix an audit issue that was not possible with our previous system.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the user community and how easily I can access help with whatever I'm trying to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
it is difficult to back out of some processes...hard to "undo"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MRP - currently planning is manual and I've learned at the conference how to leverage MRP to address our challenges

Acumatica is extremely flexible and dynamic. It allows for customer-specific workflows to be met with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
Acumatica could enhance their built-in industry integrations and provide stability across the board.

Industry specific problems are being solved and adding tremendous value. It has been a pleasure assisting our clients in many ways.

What do you like best about the product?
Usability driven by an intuative UI and overall easy to use UX. Ability to drive feedback to the prodcut team

Bug fixes sometimes take time to deploy and some features have poor design.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scaleability, access from anywhere, anytime, on any device.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it automate my company's AP, AR, and Cash Management processes, as well as our Journal entries, etc.

There are just many things you don't know

It solves the payment application, import/export of data, dashboards that summarizes what we need.

What do you like best about the product?
I think the most hepful thing about Acumatica is how user friendly the platform is. It's easily customizable to meet specific industry needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that I truly dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica is bringing together our work processes and helping eliminate unnecessary manual tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm in the accounting department, so anything with financials.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful are some of the functionalities that apply to SO's.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, we have a ticket open for our PO's that are not marked completed when fully received.
