Automation for manufacturing and financial processes
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike specific to Acumatica. Learning to better track production cost drivers.

Manufacturing processes, supply chain automation, financials.

Acumatica for growing businesses
What do you like best about the product?
I love the usability and the fact that users are unlimited

some of the functionailty that is critical to our field services is not fully built out

We have several companies so the ability to browse from one company to another in the same interface is huge
cant believe how big the turn out and community is here.

adapability, easy to use. number of features

nothing yet. maybe the interface needs to be more modern like the office365 applications

Customization compared to old system. Our old system is archaic

Adds some steps of operations. While efficient, end users complained in the beginning

Data capture, better financial tracking and reporting, better WMS options.

What do you like best about the product?
Our parent company is currently using Acumatica, we are in the implementation stage. The ease, navigation and functionality is impressive and looking forward to improved business efficiencies.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not an auto save feature. Coming from NAV this has been a hard transition during training.

We are just getting used to the functionality

task level reporting can be hard to see unless customized

Ease of access to multiple reports

What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica can connect to anything via API - it's a highly integratable system, which makes it fit well to nearly any kind of business. Combined with it's ease of customization, it allows tech teams to fit the product to the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the API doesn't match what happens on the screen one to one. However, we've typically been able to work around those things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica has helped us automate away manual processes, and provided a great foundation to build and scale our large and rapidly growing business.
