It works without alot of overhead. Covers integration of entire company

Nothing is bothersom. Business event and automation could be simpler

Evaludated 4 other ERP's and decided on Acumatica - no regrets
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use from an administration perspective. You can easily modify things within the system without having to have a full time developer on board.
They are ever evolving so while they may not have it now, it may be in the future. They are also very responsive to customer feedback.
We were able to implement in a relatively quick time frame through our VAR and were able to integrate with some outside resources via their ISV/Marketplace platform.

What do you dislike about the product?
The 3rd party software providers, ISV's, can be less than spectacular. There should be some method for vetting or a check in for them to make sure they are performing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Acumatica we went from an antiquated, outdated system to something reliable and allowed us to become more agile in our space. It allowed us to remove alot of manual labor and mundane tasks and allow the system to do it for us.

What do you like best about the product?
I mostly enjoy the customization ability of Acumatica. You can make it do and be anything you need to run your operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are limitations on what it currently offers for multiple warehouse setups, at least in the way that our company does business. Updates on this front are "planned" but slow to roll out

They are helping us solve issues of product flow and scheduling.

This search engine for all keywords crossed all modules is very helpful for new users.

For out of the box customization of software, the canned reports don't seem to be viable

Licensing, more users get access and easy to use.

No dislikes. getting everything we need and more.

Tough start but seeing the benefits
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Acumatica is constantly updating and really takes the customer responses into account. I like the ability to create generic inquiries - it is very useful to have the data we need displaying in a user friendly way - with links to other data.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have line discounts and group discounts - the way the group discounts have to viewed on another tab is annoying. Also, if someone enters a manual discount - they have to turn off the group discount on the other tab - we have had a couple of customers be undercharged.

We have finally been able to implement MRP on Acumatica - we were never able to get it done in our legacy system.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use as a end user. The search functionality is great as well as the hyperlinks in various places. This ERP has lots to offer then my legacy system. I am still in the process of the implementation but from what I can see I am really excited for what it has to offer and other functionality that I didn't realize would be available in an ERP

I currently can't find anything that I dislike. I love that it can be customizable to our needs.

A better UI then my legacy system. A better search functionality.
